Fillet o fish stone cold bun, fries raw and not cooked until crispy, choc milkshake, so full of air 3 sips it was gone. Poor service night staff clueless. Food ordered all miss matched with timing so bits are cold waiting.

I look for a McDonald's when I need to go to the restroom. There was a restroom here, though it wasn't clean. I ordered chicken, a cheeseburger, and fries from the kiosk at McDonald's, and they were very delicious. When I went, it was very crowded and a bit noisy.

Fries just thrown inside the bag, drink is leaking, half empty. Would not recommend, very bad customer service and very bad customer care with the food. Prefer to go to a corner shop for a cold sandwich. Never again.

Good service, very hot food, but 24 hour shop decided to close and throw everybody out shortly after we received our meals, so not such a good visit. Also a really noisy building even when not many people in there.

The waiting time is very long and staff are very rude and unfriendly. Openly shouting and yelling at customers.

Came here at 6am on Friday 20th June to grab something quick to eat before a long journey. Waited 25 minutes for 2 McMuffins & 2 cokes which was insane in itself however the attitude of the staff instore is unbelievable. The manager was a young woman whose name could?ve been Fatou? I?m not sure but either way she speaks to customers like they?re criminals & her along with other members of staff were barking at a group of young men when all they?d asked was if the toilet was open. Genuinely an insane experience, I?ve never seen anything like this before.

Overall place fine however about toilets, worst I've ever saw. No access code on receipt or staff able to open by code always. I had to keep running around to find someone who open toilet for me. My gf was send to disabled toilet as had to be open anytime however locked too. Than come back to main toilets and had to wait for mcd lady to get ass up to work with code access

Had breakfast, only thing warm was hash brown,people coming in from street to wash them selfsame never again, rather starve

Shocking place, bathrooms were filthy and the customer service was appalling. The workers there don?t even understand English.

If I could give 0 I would. Manager was rude and non empathetic when we explained there was an issue with the app and our order. Provided no solutions. Said we needed to travel to the other location to pick up and then walked away . Considering the money goes to the same company it?s appalling the level of professionalism from management. I?m a frequent customer at this location but won?t come back .
