Some dumb workers in there. Ordered some things and some was missing, got a refund then I ordered again to get the things that was missing and still had missing stuff. Ridiculous. And the sausage rolls was way over done and have been very greasy.

Slow service even if pre-ordering and have paid a premium for a flavoured latte and been given a normal latte; twice now. Seems understaffed sadly, the workers always seem flustered and overwhelmed as nice as they are.

£3.85 for a lunch menu and it's only just a sandwich and a drink not even a sandwich drink and a snack you can get all 3 of those at co-op for £3.50 honestly Gregg's not cool at all no wonder I left and didn't buy anything from you

The staff in there are lovely and friendly. Always with a smile. I get what I want when I go in and the hot chocolate is the best! The team in there are a credit to the company. Thank you.

Asked for an ingredients list for the pastries, was provided the allergens list twice, asked again for the ingredients list and I got a shrug. Ended up not purchasing any of the hot pastries due to an unusual allergy.
