Only one rotating menu which takes ages to change. Have to wait a minute to even see the menu. A drinks menu and food menu should be displayed at all times! Whoever made the decision to use these menus needs sacked!

When I was at Greggs in Dalston Kingsland high road yesterday, I got a free birthday cake donut from the app, and a bottle of water, I paid for the bottle of water and said that I have a free birthday cake donut from the app, I?ve scanned the rewards code on the Greggs app, and the lady that works in Greggs wished me a lovely day, I then waited patiently to one side of the Greggs shop for around 5 minutes but no response then the Greggs lady came to me and asked me what was I waiting for and I said that I?ve asked for the free Greggs birthday cake donut on the app and so she asked me to scan it again, so I did that and then everything was good afterwards

Staff serving were unfriendly. After being called up to the front like a school child in detention, the service I experienced was disappointing.
They said they didn?t know whether any of the pastries were warm/cold and were unbothered to even consider answering.
Considering the job is to sell pastries, this does seem essential.
All in all, not good. I didn?t buy anything, of course.

Atrocious service, staff were more concerned with their weekend gossip than their job. Had to wait 4 minutes for them to deign to charge the order. Struggling to see how the review average is so high. My partner and friend felt unsafe and unwelcome. Blatant shoplifting in front of my eyes too, aswell as threats of assassination towards the staff from the criminal also. Very cheery lunch, at least the steak bake was edible and warmer than expected given the shoddy service. Is it possible to give 0 stars?

It's a Greggs, so the food is fine but nothing special (at a good price though). Always lovely staff at this location though. Take out only.

This post is only about the Server/Manager Tracy. She gives exceptional customer service support and ensures that you leave Greggs happy. She is a delight in the store and brings a smile to my face.

The staff are so slow and also rude.I had to leave the queue as my train was coming so i put my drink back in the fridge (the wrong fridge) because i was in a hurry. The lady behind the counter shouted ?oh my days look at you? in-front of the whole shop. It was really weird and unprofessional.

Usually come here once a week for sausage rolls and lucozade but today had a bad experience as I asked for the hot sausage rolls that just come out but he had given me two coldest rolls ever.I understand greggs are not a restaurant but darn it I've asked and asian server said no problem but my fault for trusting people serving ne older rolls than just staring in content.I will be more upfront and blunt next time I'm in this particular greggs.

The staff in this store need some kind of training.. THEY ARE RUDE & UNKIND EVERYDAY!!This is my local n I dread going in daily..the larger lady is the worse!!Greggs need to do better!!!!
