Well i got told by tiktokers this was the place but turns out tables was dirty and the staff was rude af plus i saw rat droppings on the table i couldn?t even sit down and all the staff are bellends in mid 30 being disrespectful ???

Ok, ok food and a quick bit and the staff are absolutely brilliant. Not a great experience in the seating area, it's not clean or tidy as It's relentless in there with folks eating and not cleaning and tidying after themselves.

No where does it say cash only. We ordered a combo box first of all, and they never asked us what burger or chicken pieces we would like despite there being 3 options, worker looked annoyed to even be serving us, but we did not say anything because we thought maybe we better not rock the boat. Waited 5 or so minutes for the food then to come up to be told cash only. I let him know that it doesn?t say cash only anywhere. He said there?s an ATM next door - ATM charges £4 per transaction so like absolutely not? You?re joking right??? PUT SIGNS UP THAT SAY CASH ONLY!!!!!!!

Absolute worst service ever! The server told my mates and I the internet was down so we couldn?t pay by card, which was fine because they went to get cash out. But the next girl behind me was told she could pay by card while I was waiting for my friends to get back with cash. Why was the person literally behind me allowed to pay by card but not me or 2 other guys in front of us? It was completely ridiculous and discriminatory! Made me and my friends feel horrible and the food wasn?t even good :(

Loved the service, me and my friends came in and got our orders in ~30 seconds! The staff has good humour and sets a nice atmosphere. The food was spectacular, clears Mcdonalds EASILY! Chicken was perfectly cooked, cream soda was lovely and overall great experience. I was given 52p instead of 51?. Final rating, 4.99/5Vegetarian options: They have a decent amountKid-friendliness: We were kids and they were greatWheelchair accessibility: It has a step to enter, but with help it wpyld be possible i assume.

Wanted to get the chicken and lamb, and the order was taken. Then the guy says there?s no lamb after starting to fill the box with the chicken. He says he will give us bonus chicken since he?s out of lamb. He then charges us more for the box, presumedly for the extra chicken we never asked for.No salt on the chips. No salt!! Probably the worse of the crimes.

I recently had the displeasure of eating here, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wish I could un-smell. From the moment I stepped in, I was assaulted by the overpowering stench of urine mixed with the unmistakable aroma of old folks. It's like they were trying to set the mood for an unforgettable dining disaster.But wait, it gets worse. As I attempted to choke down my meal, I couldn't help but notice the unmistakable odour from my chicken. I'm not Gordon Ramsay, but I'm pretty sure a bad odour that gives the sense of rawness from the chicken should not be on the menu unless salmonella is suddenly the new special.Speaking of the kitchen, let's talk about hygiene or should I say the lack thereof. The place looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning rag since the dawn of time. I'm talking about sticky tables, greasy floors, dirty carpets and God knows what lurks in the corners. It's a wonder the health inspector hasn't condemned the place.And don't even get me started on the staff. It's like they were actively trying to avoid us and seemed annoyed. Our server seemed more interested in chatting with their coworker than taking our orders. And speaking of orders, good luck getting them right. It's like they play a game of telephone with the staff, except instead of passing along messages, they just shout gibberish at each other.Oh, and did I mention they dare to sit on the very countertops they use to prepare food? Yeah, because nothing says "bon appétit" like a side of butt sweat with your meal.In conclusion, if you have a death wish or a severe lack of olfactory senses, by all means, dine here. But if you value your health, sanity, and taste buds, steer clear of this cesspool of culinary catastrophe.

When me and my friend came it was smelling horrific. So horrific my friend got sick from it. (honourable mention: they sit on the counter they prepare food from) When I wanted to order they took 10 minutes and as I have social anxiety it was getting worse as they were INTENTIONALLY ignoring me. As soon as I was gonna open my mouth a guy cut in front of me and was speaking to the worker. After that was done, I finally had the chance to order. I ordered 4 wings and chips which was £3.99 and I also ordered a beef burger which was £1.79 but before I could finish my order he rudely walks away. Then when my order was ready, I was ready to pay and asked if he does card payments because I didn't have cash on me. Then he had the audacity to say "we only do cash. You can go to the bank" but my friend was also ordering her food and she paid by card, so I told him "so how did my friend use her card to pay but I have to pay in cash?" so he let me pay by card. Then I told him about my beef burger then he starts saying "Why didn't you say?" I told him "You walked away before I could finish my order, now what?" then he said "my bad" and went to get my beef burger. Horrible experience, never coming back. I heard their attitude has been sprung to other customers too. I hope this place gets shut down.
