Called in after a shopping trip for iced coffee and cake, they tasted delicious but they were served by someone who looked like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders, no please, no thank you and no smile plus the table I sat at was so bad it wobbled to a 30% tilt, such a shame.

Been a couple times recently- I've started to venture in to drinking coffee. Ive realised I liked sweet lattes, just not the effect caffeine had. So I have been ordering different decaf iced seasonal drinks, which have been really nice! Special thanks to the lady with the blonde hair (didnt catch her name), who has been giving honest opinions and reccomendations! Really appreciate her genuine approach to sales and service.

Hackney Central costa coffee between 15:20pm 15:30 pm on 17th feb 2025 I was in the queue waiting in 2nd place this lady who was serving she didn?t even ask me and start serving the the person after me when I told her I was next she start arguing with me saying that I didn?t say I was next at the first place, and she was so rude so left the café without coffee

first I got boiling coffee, I asked for lukewarm and I burned myself, the second one was completely cold, the third one was made with problems by the manager Denisa, who is unable to train staff and has 0 customer service skills. Reaction on her complain was laughter on me. Avoid z

Used to go here a lot. Until I found out they are owned by Coca Cola since the boycott I don?t go to Costa anymore. I thought they were independent unfortunately they are not

I?ve been a regular at Costa Coffee in our neighborhood, and I just have to say how impressed I am with the service every single time. The ladies working here are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming?it really makes my day better. They greet everyone with a smile, no matter how busy they are, and make sure you feel valued as a customer. Their positive attitude and dedication to providing great service make this place stand out. It?s more than just a coffee shop; it?s a place that feels like a community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a great coffee, but an uplifting experience!

Amazing Costa coffee, all the staff so friendly ,spotlessly clean at all times ,massive selection including many vegan options ? lovely coffee and drinks .very warm and relaxing ,highly recommend Amhurst road Costa ??????????
