This is actually the worst CEX, the staff are nice except one white lady from another country who is very rude and miserable, took an item here they refused to even test it claiming the port was twisted, took it to Holloway Road and took it with no issues, they lie and downgrade your items and sell it back at a higher grade, stay clear from this cex none of their electronics work.

Very helpful staff here. I bought a PS5 used, and it ended up having overheating issues. However, I took it back, and after not being able to repair it they swapped it with a better condition / working unit. I?ll be back for more games. ?

I would not recommend selling your dvds to them instead go somewhere else or give it to charity. But what is surprising is that the sale for dvds in their shop is more pricey than what is given to the original seller. It is less than £1 for great videos. For the rest of the items in their shop I cannot vouch for it. The staff was friendly. The branch I visited was at Chapel Market - angel.
