What can I say, impeccable service from Cynthia who kindly prepared my balloons with a keen eye for the little details. Her warm customer service and knowledge of the store both left me feeling positive for the day and up to date with how to make future purchases. Came in a little while ago on my birthday looking for a card and a ballon for a coming christening, the two ladies (who i sadly forgot their names after losing my receipt) looked after us really nicely pointing out the things we needed, were super patient and had a variety of things to choose from. We ended up having conversations about nostalgic memories and me and my partner ended up buying more plush toys for home. Had a lovely day thanks to those ladies

Came here for balloons and party decorations for my daughter's birthday. The staff was super nice, they sorted out an issue I had with a previous purchase very quickly and they were super helpful and friendly. The manager really wanted to help, and her three colleagues (I don't remember their names, Amina and Rubina maybe) were very invested too. Everything for a good price too! V happy
