The lady on the lottery desk and sigaret very rude and unprofessional. I played few days ago lottery and I went to check my ticket. I asked her please can you check if any luck with my numbers . She placed my ticket in the machine but the machine didn't take it the first time so she rolled her eyes and she placed the ticket again , again same problem so she start to roll her eyes more and she start to be nervous. She insert the number manually and the. She turned to me and ask me if I want to play it for Wednesday or Saturday. I said first can I know how many lucky dip I won. She straight away raised her voice and said : YOU ARE NOT LISTENInG !!! DO U WANT IT FOR WEDNESDAY OR Saturday? I smiled and I said I just need to know what I won !!! She replied saying you are not listening again babe... do u want it for Saturday or Wednesday. Again I insist I wanna know what I won. She kept raising her voice and repeating the same things until I said I don't want anymore to check it , just give me the slip again... she raised her voice more and she said she can't otherwise my ticket will be cancelled . I said what do u mean ... I just wanted to check of I won skemtjing and now I don't want to play I just want my ticket back. She kept inviting and repeating in rude way that I'm not listening and she can't give me my ticket back :) security was all around us looking as if I'm steeling something. She forced me to pick a day otherwise I will lose my ticket as she said.Very bad attitude and rude and very unprofessional. Please avoid her or avoided playing lottery in this sainsbury

What a joy to get groceries delivered. I always pick a saver slot (mostly 1£) and the friendly drivers deliver my big and heavy groceries. Sainsbury?s now has an Aldi price match which is perfect and loads of nectar price offers. Thanks for offering this service, it?s absolutely fantastic. For me, not having a car, it?s a life saver and my greatest luxury. Thank you!

Always nice coming to this branch in another part of London!Staff are helpful and friendly and always ready to help out with directions (to a particular item/isle) or suggestions about offers etc.I Like the underground carpark right underneath the store.Great branch - highly recommended!

The Uber delivery section staff are absolutely incompetent and AWFUL at their jobs and should all be immediately fired! Shame on you for failing to do a simple job and making people wait painfully for an order that DOESNT EVEN COME!

Due to a long term illness I haven't actually been to the store for a long time, my daughter gets my shopping for me, but I was going for a 'treat' with my daughter to get my shopping. I couldn't believe the change! I won't go again !The staff were grumpy and unfriendly around the tills, the two that were open that is all there was. The staff obviously think that you should do it at self service. I don't want to!. I used to look forward to the friendly staff on the tills it would appear that they have disappeared.It wasn't a treat for me to go, it was a nasty experience.

Often they don't have a single till open even at busy times. The elderly, the disabled or just someone doing a big shop for their family are left to struggle or waste their time on the self scan tills. I have complained many times and the poor staff are just left to apologize and explain they don't have the staff. Shameful behaviour from a company that posted £373 million in profits last year.

Is decent and most of the time had all things I need. The only reason why it just missed 4 starts is because the entrance of the store always has some sort of homeless person or crack head sitting there and absolutely smells just before you walk in the store.It's all about first impressions with super markets and they do have security guards there but I see them most of the time not wanting to deal with anything or on there phones

Big store with lots of choice and an Argos mini-store. The only problem is the lavk of checkout staff. Self service is taking over, but for those of us that prefer human inreraction, this is a bad thing.
