£7.99 collection price not honoured was charged £9.99 and told can?t do . 3 pizzas ordered . Staff not willing to help even though price is £7.99 on website it?s the offer Pizza Hut are running . Do not go here !! They don?t honour the offers

We decided to treat ourselves to pizza and realised we had some Hut Rewards to use!
To redeem them for delivery, we needed to spend at least £12.99, so we added some ice cream?marshmallow and caramel brownie flavours.
When the driver arrived, he let us know those flavours weren?t available and offered cookie dough or brownie instead. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but a bit disappointing. If they?d called before the order went out, I could?ve picked something else entirely?I chose the ice cream specifically for those flavours as a little extra treat.
That said, the pizza itself was really good.

This my local hut, and the best so far!! The guys are great and the pizzas are always that little bit extra tasty. The Big New Yorker Rules... Extra jalepeno's please!!!

Got called a liar for complaining my pizza had no cheese. I know it sounds stupid out loud but you guys made it a reality! Got told we were lying to get free food... i dont want free food i want what i paid for. Sauce, cheese and dough, 3 ingriedients but you could only manage 2? Delivery driver and manager are disgusting, no customer service skills
