I like this Argos I don't really like using Eltham store anymore due to some bad attitudes from staff - staff here are friendly at lee green - and there's a nice atmosphere - Sue is helpful to all customers young and old

Don't know what's happened to Argos here but there are some real attitude problems at this location.Some of the staff have a real sense of self importance and desperately need customer service training. Rude, dismissive and actually aggressive at times. I've experienced it myself and witnessed it countless times while waiting in the queue it's a real lottery if they like you or what mood their in. Poor managementAlthough there are some nice staff members, (tends to be the new ones who haven't been poisoned by the bad apples there)

Staff are always friendly, very relaxed store, always someone on hand to help if needed.Much prefer these small stores to the big ones, feels more personal. Love pre ordering items and collecting once I've done my food shopping.

Katie at Argos (tattoos on arm) helped me pick the perfect fan earlier today. Great customer service, it was end of the day and she didnt need to be so helpful, but she was helpful. I love the fan. 10/10 staff member there. Thanks.

The staff and managers are extremely rude and refuse to help us solve the mistakes they made! The first time I feel being discriminated in UK, and me and my friends never want to go to Argos again and we will try our best to find a way to complain!

It's nicely situated at the far right of the Sainsbury's store as you enter.More of a clock n collect convenience store as very small shop front to the store. I had no problems with my order.Only slight issues are, no contactless payments. Seems very odd nowadays and they sell a lot of the same stuff in Sainsbury like kitchen utensils seems odd.

Went there today to collect two fast track orders. Estimated fast track time by Argos 60 seconds. I gave them the codes they require. I was then told I hadnâ??t ordered anything. Even though I had proof. I was then told I must have orders it to another store. So I told them I hadnâ??t I had ordered to this store. The guy clear didnâ??t believe me as he was talking to me like I was stupid. So I went on to show him proof of that too that my orders where bought paid for and ready for collection here today now. He was kinder dismissively rude so I said Iâ??m not very happy but letâ??s just put that on hold for a minute and let me get the other order number up and weâ??ll come back to the one you tell me didnâ??t exist. So as Iâ??ve gone back in to my phone to look up other code and now heâ??s started typing it in and I have the phone tilted to him so he can also see it as he wanted me to call it out to him. He call to some women to tell her about the first order. This is the part where it all his wrong. So she is now confused the two orders as she looking at my phone. So I just said to her no the order heâ??s telling you about is not the code I now have up on my phone itâ??s the other one. She said well your showing me that one. So I tried to explain but she was just rude. Any way I did finally get both my orders. And I didnâ??t want to leave it like that so I just tried to explain as I was getting the impression I was a problem as she was just so unpleasant. You would not of thought I was a paying customer. This very large short blonde women was so full of self importance. We ended up in a massive row her telling me donâ??t shout at me I told her I was not shouting at her my voice is slightly raised because I am fuming at how you think you can talk to me. So she then started shouting get out your barred. So I did end up shouting at her and I called her a few choice words. What a awful experience at Argos and thatâ??s there fast track service. Iâ??m barred what a joke like I would want to go back for that customer service. Worst ever known in my 54 years on this plant. No wonder the high streets are closing down. Maybe they donâ??t understand there are other retailers very happy to take my money. I still canâ??t believe it
