Honestly if you are looking for Italian food, AVOID IT! there?s nothing Italian in the menu, arancini are a mass of unknown things, pizza was not a pizza but a piadina,too thin, Tiramisu was just terrible! Don?t call it Italian please!!!!

Pavel was a great host and looked after us really well making our experience very pleasant. Only downside was I specifically chose salad as I fancied avocado and it was hard and inedible! Shame but hence 4 stars for food.

Came here for lunch before seeing Disney on Ice at the O2.6 adults and 4 children . Pavol served us and was great from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble

Really great food
Visited as a group of 6 for a family meal and all thoroughly enjoyed our food.
I had the Calzone Pollo Spinaci and it was a good portion size with plenty of filling.
My Dad had meatballs and was glad they weren't very spicy because the description gave that impression.
My girlfriend had a margarita pizza but couldn't finish it because it was very big.
Her side order of sweet potato fries didn't get taken by our server so we got them well after the rest of the food in the end.
Otherwise the service was fine but not the best.
The place is cosy and therefore the bar selection wasn't great. They did have a gin a like so no complaints! The food menu is vast more importantly though.
Overall a lovely experience.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. I asked the waitress for help choosing a dish without pork, and her response felt unfriendly and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by my question, and I later noticed her speaking with a colleague while looking at me, which made me feel uncomfortable.
A restaurant experience isn?t just about the food, good customer service is just as important. A more welcoming and respectful attitude would make a big difference.

Food was okay. We visited in the winter and the restaurant was freezing. Not sure if their heating was just broken however we could not take off our coats and scarfs for the duration of the meal.

Placed order online, called the Zizzi Cutty Sark a second later after placing the order to request the food not to have a particular ingredient. They agreed and said they will let the kitchen know. Food arrived with that ingredient on it. Called Zizzi Cutty Sark back and advised my order was wrong. The person in charge said as the food was already made could not do anything about.
The food also arrived not hot, and looked as if it didn?t just come out of the oven but had been sitting there for quite some time.
Poor customer service and very rude staff.

Pavel was amazing. His customer service is incredible, he?s the reason why I?d come back to Zizzi?s.
A great guy, great service and great company. Honestly he?s one of the most memorable waiters I?ve come across.
