I had a bathroom installation from Wickes, the level of workmanship was extremely poor with numerous issues, some of which were very basic errors. Unfortunately this was exceeded by the even worse customer service, several calls were not returned, no apologies were offered and the only solution offered was to send back the fitter who had done the poor quality work in the first place. I notice there are other similar reviews here, I wish I'd read them beforehand, it would have saved me a lot of money and hassle.

First time I've used this branch and just coming back to Wickes via a Trade Pro account. First off, staff were very good at the store , fast and efficient. Prices and product availability are very good i feel and after years of not using Wickes but other suppliers, I'm very happy to come back. All in all, quite impressed how Wickes is moving the times and good to have a local store after the one closest to us closed down years ago in Greenwich. Will definitely be using Wickes a lot more in the future now. Keep on the great prices and availabily which is key. To many things now are for next day delivery with other suppliers, so refreshing to see.

Terrible service. Spent £££££ on a Wickes installed kitchen with all integrated appliances some years ago. Went specifically to Wickes to offer them our custom again in the purchase of a new integrated washer dryer only to be told they wouldn't install a new machine for us. An utter joke and waste of my time. It's their original kitchen insulation! So another company will now get the business.

Great customer service, in particular, Jackie, who gave me great advice on what I need just before I was about to buy the wrong thing. I've dealt with her a few times and she has an incredibly warm demeanour, really knows her stuff, and is an absolute credit to the organisation.

We are delighted with the excellent service in planning our kitchen. Sadia could not have been more helpful in the design, guiding us through our decision making and being so responsive to all our queries and changes. We had several years of indecision prior to this but she made the process so straightforward that I don?t know why we waited ! Many thanks

I went there today to get a couple of tubs of stuff but I have had a lot of surgery and couldn't lift them one of the staff put them on the trolley and took them out to my car very nice staff good shop

My experience with Wickes was very quick and brief. I booked an appointment for a kitchen design. Upon arrival, I told the designer that I had visited multiple other stores earlier, such as IKEA and Wren, and that my approximate budget was X amount. After I mentioned this, she seemed to take a more straightforward approach, as if my budget wouldn?t fit with Wickes? furniture offerings, and I simply wouldn?t be recommended. I appreciated her directness, but at times, it came across as a bit condescending. Maybe she was right, and to avoid wasting anyone?s time, I decided to leave at that point. I believe Wickes has a specific target customer base and doesn?t necessarily cater to those with a lower budget. In the future, I plan to return to see how the treatment would differ if I had a larger budget.

Worst company ever! Had a bathroom fitted and been having problems ever since. The fitter came out a number of times and said he would get it sorted and now can?t get hold of him. Asked to speak with a manager in store and he?s never in and never calls back. And when talking to customer relations (Elizabeth) shes as much use a chocolate teapot! Just repeats herself and tells me I?m out of warranty when I?ve been complaining of issues ever since I had the bathroom fitted. The left hand don?t know what the right hands doing. I would save yourself the aggravation and go to a professional company.

We chose a Wickes kitchen and their designer Jing Wang was incredible. We couldn?t be happier. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Fitters were considerate and resourceful?and so fast! Super pleased and would highly recommend wickes and Jing for kitchen design

Booked in for a consultation, the day before appointment I got a call to ask if It was for a bathroom, I explained it was a small ensuite and I wanted supply and fitting. Without even asking if it was a remodel, if new plumbing ect was required, she said very bluntly, ?fitting is £8,000 so you?re looking at a minimum of £12,000-£15,000.
Absolutely terrible customer communication. For £15,000 I could do the family bathroom and the ensuite with VP!
Clearly these don?t need customers!
