Clean and organised inside, and there?s a nice collection of plants outside at the entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful when I was collecting my John Lewis package. Checkout was easy and they also have an ATM in store which was handy.

As nice as a supermarket could be, if they are ever nice places! Only negative with Waitrose is that for many items I still have to shop elsewhere to keep costs down, but if shopping budget is not a major issue for you, then this is where to come. They could also do more to encourage loyalty than free coffee for cardholders, which, when I visit later in the day, is not available anyway as the machine is frequently 'being cleaned'. Suits it's setting just west of the Greenwich market/tourist centre, an area of well above average affluence within Royal Greenwich borough. Waitrose choose their sites well.

The pricing labels are constantly missing or covered. This has not improved despite me constantly reporting this to multiple people, in the store and by email for over 18 months now.
Most people working here are so lazy that they only ever chit-chat and never do any actual work.
The bloke with strabismus needs to see an optician cause he refused to sell alcohol to a person who was clearly around 30 years of age.
You already have cameras at self-checkout, so partner with MyCheckr and stop this time-wasting nonsense.

Not much choice, instead of putting more shelves now they added sushi bar. Such a genius idea.
Uodste: quality of some products of their own brand changed . One example Waitrose toilet thissues are soo dusty and much lower quality now.
If you want to get freshly baked bread, do not rush. You can find you favorite bread usually after 10am.
Today there was no bread or other bakery products. No courtesy to put a note on there as well.
Keep putting wrong price labels, you will end up buying the wrong one.

Waitrose generally has a great selection of quality fare,
I understand it's run as a kind of coop/partnership, which is good,
and they actually seem to care! It can be pricey, still you can find bargains.
