Absolutely rude staff! Unprofessional manager. They all talk about customers. I have witnessed them do it to others and then when I overheard a staff member called cerise do it about me she denied it and the manager ALI wasn't interested in how his staff treats customers.Ali was very rude with other customers also

Every time I go in here they have fewer real ingredients and more processed junk food. I have to go elsewhere nearly every time to get the things I need to cook anything.

They disrespect customers with misleading pricing, Today I remembered why I NEVER bought in Tesco again, got an item priced as £42 but had to pay £50. They FORCED you to have a clubcard, which I was supposed to have but the app asked me to download it again, I had to reset the password, wasted 10 minutes in the supermarket struggling with the app, in the end the app asked me for digits of the clubcard, so it is impossible to log if you don't have a physical one, which is completely nonsense. Great strategy from the marketing team to steal your money but it works once, as if my memory does not fail again I will not try to buy anything from Tesco.

The staff and store are no different to any other Tesco - the customers here however are mostly horrific. As typical of most Express or Local stores, it's usually filled with ghastly types in pyjamas, or SUV drivers arguing with the staff, passersby or whoever is on the phone. Consequently, the staff have dialled down to minimum power to survive the onslaught. If they tried this at a full-sized store they'd be thrown out - as it is all the staff here can do is hope to survive.

Another Tesco Express full of racist Asians that for 0 legit. reason follow black people around while letting young white women steal. Arrive at 7am and almost everything you touch is that day's best-by-date; 11am a discount that isn't, and 8pm its all disappeared. British business doesn't want customers' money anymore, nor do they want to provide a service to get it, when they can just get a cheap loan and keep their zombie enterprise going.

Wasn?t even there to buy anything but I had an amazing experience all because of Ali one of the staff members. I felt very welcome and special and I honestly can?t believe I?m saying this but I?ve never been more excited now to go to this Tesco just because of how amazing the service was. If you ever go make sure to ask for Ali, and you?ll leave the store in a better mood!
