I?ve been to this store a few times, and most of the time it?s a decent experience. I don?t usually have many complaints. Still, I think they could do more to reward regular customers with better discounts. The staff can sometimes come across as miserable or uninterested in helping, which isn?t great, although one young lady really stood out for being polite and helpful so credit where it?s due.
The main issue for me has been the manager. She strikes me as unfriendly, lacking in basic manners, and acting as though she?s running a high end luxury store. It feels like the role has gone to her head, and it leaves a negative impression. Because of that, I?d personally be hesitant to recommend this store.

I received very bad attitude from an East Asian girl at the cashier (10th July Thursday approximately 5.20pm) used very rude tone to speak to me.
I heard she mentioned the word receipt so I waited, and she raised her voice saying the receipt will be sent on email. Impatient, rude, unprofessional.
I can?t even think to imagine if someone with a hearing disability will receive service from a person like this.

I had a great experience - bought a few perfumes at an amazing deal - the staff was super helpful and patient while I tried a few. Even gave me a free gift! ?

Super lovely staff! Asked for help or enquired about something in the make up, hair, vitamin and toothbrush sections. Everyone (I interacted with all 5 staff members) was so knowledgable, kind and helpful, it brightened up my day. Both managers (make up section woman with a headset and the man at the till - sorry I didn?t get any names!) must train and support people really well. But they must also just be natural gems! Thank you for your fab service and bargains

I had my brows threaded yesterday in store by Pragya. She?s fantastic and treats each customer like they?re having a salon level experience and has done the most beautiful job of my brows. Very warm and friendly and simply great at her craft. Thank you

Decent selection and prices but queues can be slow and long even if the shop is relatively empty.
Note that the nearest prescription pharmacy is Duncan's by Greenwich station

I went into the Greenwich Cutty Sark store at the weekend to get my eyebrows threaded. I had brilliant service by Pragya (beauty therapist) who works at the branch SE10 9EJ.
It was busy due to weekend and Xmas period, yet Pragya remained very calm, and did a fantastic job as always!
I now cannot get my eyebrows done anywhere else! She always takes great care, and gives my eyebrows a great shape.
Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience with a lovely young lady I believe her name was April?she was so very helpful , I came in looking for a good. Eye cream and toner and didn?t really have an idea what I should be looking for in one , she not only helped me find one but also recommended other skin product that work well with it and are very popular . I?d like to thank her again for such lovely help and advice .

Rather rude and dismissive Team Leader (Abby). Asked for a receipt and was advised that Superdrug no longer issue paper receipts and I would receive an email. Never received email. She was also rude to the customer before me. It?s very awkward and off putting when staff are rude for no reason. Bad look for the store and brand.

On Thursday 3rd of October at 10.35AM, I went into the Superdrug store at Cutty Sark (Greenwich) looking for a medical tape to put over a pad in order to cover one of my eye which I have recently had an operation on.
No customers in the store at the time. I only saw 2 workers. So I asked one of them to tell me where I could find the tape in the store. She replied ?over there? pointing her index finger at some shelves that I was not be able to follow. I then asked her to show me where it was. She ignored my request! I wonder what kind of worker that was employed by Superdrug who was not helpful - I am over 75 years old and my other eye is not see things clearly!
