Very rude staff bought some expensive shoes when to counter for pay I said to guy hi how are you and he didn?t even bother to reply when he served me no bye or this that someone need to teach them some manners before giving them this job

I can't believe how infuriating this is! Despite the store being impeccably organized, the audacity of that lady at the till is beyond belief! I'm standing there, ready to pay with the limitless app, and she has the nerve to demand ID, even when she can clearly see it's my phone! And to add insult to injury, she insists on ID for everything, even Apple Pay! What kind of ridiculous company policy is that? It's utterly disappointing and downright discriminatory. Why wasn't the person in front of me asked for anything? Is it because of my skin color? This level of blatant injustice is absolutely enraging!

Once this issue is resolved, I won?t be going shopping there again.
I bought a pair of nike shoes and, as shown in photo, they are already damaged. It looks like the eyestays has been cut off, and unfortunately for me I?ve only realised once I had gotten home. The subpar customer service, and their policy of giving store credit rather than refunds is the cherry on top of an already horrible cake.
Make sure you thoroughly check your shoes when buying from them.

Awful service, we purchased 2 Arsenal Prime bottles and one bottle had a broken seal. We hadn?t even left the store and they refused the return. Even though they had it on the shelf like that. They should have refunded it as it wasn?t my fault. Very poor service and didn?t listen to customer. Staff need to do a better job at maintaining food/drink in-store. Then these problems won?t occur. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience in this particular store. I will avoid shopping here in the future.

Sports direct has lost the plot! We go and buy one bottle of arsenal prime. Then the recommend us to get two because of an offer, I did so and then we find that someone opened it and drank it before putting it back on the shelf. The workers did NOT hand this well and failed on so many levels. If you want to go to a store with a suitable experience, I would NEVER choose this store.

A store where you can find several clothing options. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I left the store I had made a mistake and bought a size bigger, after a few days I returned and they replaced it with a corresponding smaller size without having any problems.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. They attempted to pass off display shoes as new without offering any discount or acknowledgement of their condition. Naturally, I refused to purchase them. This kind of deceptive practice is completely unacceptable.

Lots of clothing, not a lot of small "gift" ideas. Relatively cheap.

The store is always clean and tidy as usual. The staff are very helpful and professional. Finding products in the store is really easy and prices of products are affordable. Only problems are that product variations are limited. I would recommend shopping at Sport Direct but only if you do not mind getting a voucher as refund for your money if you return an unwanted item.
