I went there and stood over half an hour to be served and didn't get served cos they wanted to serve people behind me. My first and last time of visiting this place. Busy or not know who stood where.

We had a great afternoon having the Bottomless Brunch at the 02 store. The variety of drinks for the brunch was fantastic especially as I am not one who likes Prosecco and food was decent. Service was on point from Deka too she really looked after us. Brilliant start to my friend?s hen day celebrations!

Can definitely recommend the bottomless brunch at the O2, food was delicious and plentiful. David our waiter, was an absolute star, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He certainly made sure our drinks were never empty.

Popped in as usual, always good, polite staff, always busy and under pressure, the country and western weekend was on great atmosphere ?

Waited 20 minutes to get to someone at the downstairs bar for them to then tell us we need to go upstairs for our table. Food was very limited, out of most items. No wifi or signal to be able to use the app meaning long queues at the bar and not enough staff to serve. Dirty plates left at the table for 40 minutes. Very unorganised and won?t be returning.

We had a 2hr bottomless brunch at the O2 and our waiter Harley was extremely responsive and made sure we never had an empty glass! Thank you for making our experience fun!
