Went here on 28/7 for my sons birthday lunch. Originally booked for 8 people then had to change for 9. Not a problem. Our waitress was amazing and tried to help when possible. She offered to setup the cake and candles and even brought the cake over. Im so sorry I dont know your name but thank you again for all your help. Starters food and drink came out all ontime, even though it was a large table. We all had a great experience!

very clean restaurant, great value for food. i went just before the runseokjin_eptour with my friend.
Giving the service four stars for only one reason. They came quickly with food and to take our order, but when it came to paying, they didn't come (we paid via the app but i didn't have the app so i did have to download!!). I am fully aware they were rammed yesterday evening (06.08.25) so it's absolutely nobody's fault!
In all, the team members are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would visit again. I'm going back to the O2 in September, so this might possibly be my next O2 stop!

30 of us visited London O2 centre yesterday to celebrate my son's b'day party. Overall service was excellent, especially the lady who was servicing us food, drinks etc. In-store line Manager was very nice, had a pleasant experience.

Would recommend this Pizza Express branch. Despite no reservation, we got a table outside and received attentive service. Ritika was exceptional, managing the queues and checking on everyone, which, due to her, made us stay for dessert. Great experience. I've been to Pizza Express in Haymarket and Alwych it wasn't busy yet, yet slow service and terrible customer service. 02 branch on a Saturday was packed and yet great customer service.

This definitely is the best restaurant at O2. The atmosphere is just amazing! The manager is extremely friendly and helpful, and I felt like he attented to all my needs. Also, I was very impressed with the service, specifically with Julia, who was such a kind and attentive waitress! I felt like home! The food and drinks are just great, and the service went smoothly. Will definitely come again and bring all my friends and family here!

We ate here before Moby's concert and it was very average. We both have o2, so the classic pizza is only £6.95 (with priority). It's the price it deserves to be fair, not much taste, and very bland.
Overall service was fine. It got better when a nice lady took over. She was quick and kind.
