Wonderful clean place but they didn't have what I came for which was a dog but they told me that it was illegal for them to sell dogs to me unless I get it from a breeder and so they were helpful. Nice ? people

One star not because of products or service, which is ok but because they keep four syrian hamsters for sale in one small aquarium. Three of them jumping onto one flying saucer and fourth one desperately doing wall climbing. Clearly hamsters were distressed and unhappy. It's just cruel. I cried when I saw it.

Disappointing and Unjust Charges ? Beware!???????????
I had a very disappointing experience at Pets at Home Blackheath. I brought my kitten in for her scheduled vaccination, but the vet didn?t examine her or provide any treatment at all. ?After saying only a few words, they cancelled the vaccine on the spot and charged me £32 as a consultation fee ? even though no consultation actually took place. On top of that, I was charged a £30 booking fee.?
This feels extremely unfair and exploitative. Charging for a service that was never delivered is unacceptable, especially when pet owners are trusting you with their animal?s health and well-being.
I would advise others to be very cautious when booking here ? ask clearly what will be charged and under what conditions. This kind of customer experience is simply not acceptable.????

It was very bad! My dog was terrible, evacuating a lot of blood and they gave her medicine for pain and vomiting and took blood and to this day I don't have the results. I had to take her to the emergency room on Tuesday and she died.... They didn't diagnose well and on the same day of the consultation she got worse at the door of the store and I went back right away and only the receptionist spoke to me saying that it was normal for a 9 kg dog to release almost 500 ml of blood.... I definitely didn't like the service!

Great store for pet supplies. Honestly I usually go there for Vets4Pets. My dog had a risky but successful surgery there. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I was there with my kitten Momo for his first vaccinations. The overall experience was so good. My cat didn't feel anything. The vet, nurse, and secretary were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.
