I just wanted to say 02 staff at the O2 stadium is amazing. Always helpful, making sure i get the best service, extremely kind. I only go to that store.

I was trying to sort out a few things with an A9 Tablet, an old S7FE Tablet and various other things.
Lauren Payne was so professional in what she did, made me feel at ease, fully explained everything to me and now I am totally aware of how everything works.

Sour-faced, unfriendly staff who have no clue what customer service is. One in particular, a staff member named Andrew, was rude and arrogant and made me, as a white female, feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. Racism and misogyny have no place in any environment. Will never go back to this store.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable and discriminatory service I experienced at the O2 store in North Greenwich on 01.04.25. The behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional, and I feel that O2 needs to urgently address these concerns.
During my visit, I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. The staff, particularly the 2 gays guy's displayed unprofessional attitudes, one telling the order I don't want to speak to that black woman really ?including openly expressing discomfort or reluctance to serve me as a customer. Specifically, I overheard inappropriate remarks and noticed biased behavior towards certain customers, including myself.
Furthermore, I observed that the store environment was not maintained to a professional standard. Some employees appeared more focused on personal appearance, such as excessive makeup and long nails, rather than providing efficient and courteous service.
The store manager, who should be ensuring proper conduct, instead contributed to the dismissive and unhelpful attitude.
The only staff they have with a good manner is Tonye the assist manger and a blak Ghana lady the rest need more training
This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable from a reputable company like O2. I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and appropriate actions taken to ensure better training and service at this location. I also expect a response detailing how O2 plans to address these concerns.
Even the 02 customer service help line are all desame lack of manners asking me to hold on for like 30min .
After been a loyal customer for good 12years without missing a payment.rubbish I am leaving after I have sort all issues out ?

We went to the o2 store on 01/02/25 to try and change our plan, and Zainab was the most wonderful help we could ask for. Corrected some misinformation that was given to us and showed us a more adequate plan. Thank you.

Disgraceful ?customer service?, normally I don?t waste my time on bad reviews, but your store assistants needs proper training on how to communicate with customers. I walked in your O2 store at North Greenwich on Sunday to get a contract change done as I was advised via phone and online. That?s one thing that your staff is rolling their eyes that there are people bothering their Sunday shift, but that?s another that your staff member tells me off literally saying ? you don?t need to be huffing and puffing? when I asked why they can?t help me with my contract as I was advised to come here( provided my id etc!)
I didn?t raised my voice or sweared, even I?m frustrated, I was asking a valid question and this young man telling off for that. I did work 8 years in customer service and never allowed myself this kind of behaviour. And it doesn?t make him look bad, but your company as it is your flagship store. Is this how your company treating all kind of customers or only females?

I?ve been having connection problems with my watch for almost 2 months. Called 202 almost every day of December and was given little to no help. Went into o2 in central London and was left feeling very frustrated ready to leave o2 after almost 10 years of them being my provider.
However, today I decided to go to the o2 store at the o2 Arena and was greeted and served by a worker named Andrew. He called customer service for me and sorted all my issues out and even got me to be compensated for the 2 months were my data wasn?t working. Left feeling really heard and seen and I am now back to being a happy customer.
God bless Andrew. Very helpful and very good customer service!!! Very much appreciated.
