The staff are great and tried to help me sort my phone out in the shop.. All staff here are friendly and couldn't help enoughThe phone call to the customer service however was terrible! 1.20min to try to sort out a contract but ended without me leaving without a new phone on the day due to not selecting to collect in store..

Hyy,I had iphone 14 pro max and I visit o2 arena to upgrade my phone 15 pro max but they have 2 different options for recycling but they didn't tell me and did my plan with switch up which is resultant more than 400£ financial loss to me and when I visit to store again and told them the staff send me here to here like football and after that I have to disappointed by staff and manager too.I'm very disappointed from o2 service and recycling process which is leads to me financially loss without my knowledge.0 star rating and will not recommended to go.

Waste of money and time.These people do nor respect your time.For any issues they say contact online or call o2.Even i had problems contacting them online or call o2 as they were not responding to anything.Zero accountability.

The staff couldn?t be bothered to help -she was too busy with something on her phone. Advised me to phone their customer service, had to even ask her for the number.Telephone CS agents were more helpful, only that I had to wait for 40mins to get through to someone.

Very poor customer service, apparently they don't teach their staff the full remit of their job.Went to take out a business contract, apparently none of the staff members are trained to do it. Was told to come in the next day.Called them the following day to make sure they had staff who are capable of taking a business contract out, was told there is only 1 person and she is busy so come in tomorrow.

Best o2 shop there is I travel from Chelmsford to here as they always have phones in stock and staff are fabulous at what they do.

In case anyone is wondering why you can never get through to them on the phone, they don't keep their phone on the shop floor. It's upstairs somewhere. Had to waste transport money just to check stock
