Not bad but definitely could get the similar forms of peri peri chicken elsewhere for cheaper and better taste. The food is always pretty good and the customisability of the sauces and sides is great. Unfortunately, I just find their prices to not just a bit too high especially given the somewhat conservative portions of chicken. You know what you?re going to get visiting Nando?s so at least it?s always consistent.

Good food, good service.
When we came, they only allowed customers to have a table upstairs, not downstairs, don't know why.
Long queue/waiting at that time.

Served by a lady named princess lovey person couldn?t complain about the service even though close to closing time still helped me with rewards card and was polite definitely recommend she?s a legend

Me and my firends came to this Nandos. Food was great as per, but a huge shoutout to Joshua, he was patient with us and extremely helpful when our big group was ordering at the till. Professional and helpful, its hard to get that nowadays!

We had the pleasure of being served by Sagar during our visit to Nando?s at the O2 Arena, and we were genuinely impressed by the outstanding level of service he provided. From the moment we arrived, Sagar greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, and throughout our meal, he remained attentive, professional, and incredibly polite. He made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions with patience, and ensured our food arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. What really stood out was his calm and friendly manner ? he carried himself with a quiet confidence and genuine care that made the experience even more enjoyable. It?s rare to come across someone so dedicated and kind in customer service, and we left feeling truly well looked after. Sagar is a credit to the Nando?s team at the O2 Arena, and we?re grateful for the positive energy and excellent service he brought to our visit.

Wonderful place. Very nice workers such as sagar who gave me my food and brought a smile to my face! Would very much recommend this nandos as my food only took 10/15 mins to arrive.
