Despicable service, food just thrown into the bag, got served the wrong drink too. I ordered a vanilla milkshake, to be served a chocolate milkshake, when I?m allergic to coco???????? Food was stone cold and quite literally thrown into a bag. The milkshake quite literally looked like vomit, my boyfriend said he would drink it, took a sip and about an hour later, claimed he had severe stomach pains, forcing him to vomit. I KNOW MCDONALDS IS KNOWN FOR THEIR ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH STANDARDS AND CANT BE ASKED ATTITUDE, BUT THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, THE STAFF CLEARLY DO NOT HAVE BASIC FOOD SAFETY TRAINING.

I usually wouldn?t warrant a McD?s worthy of a review as there is a certain bar that is expected?but wow has this one fallen short.
I got two meals (one of which was chicken nuggets) and asked for 6 ketchups. I was ?you don?t need that many? as the woman tossed them into the bag with a face like thunder. I said I don?t mind buying the other two and she threw another in. Sorry, but there was absolutely no need for the attitude she had, and I didn?t realise that I was being audited by the McD?s ketchup police, and finally, how chicken dare she tell me how many ketchups she thinks I need. Was she eating my meal, no! Glad to see McD?s staff really meeting a lower level of expection and customer service

A bit busy on weekends, but it's in greenwich, so a lot of uni students go here, so overall, it's pretty good. I would recommend it as in terms of food quality just a bit of wait though

My name is Emma and i dont expect much from a fast food but being nice to customers is obliged and i came around 5pm so it really wasn't busy so she had time but these two women Sanna i think her name was and the manager where making fun of me and my little sister which made us uncomfortable and so i thought i would share this but otherwise food was delicious Xx

I used this McDonald's a few times, and it?s difficult having a complete order to take away. It?s always missing something. Sauces, items, drinks etc, specially on take away. the staff usually is friendly, but they need more training. It?s the slowest mc on the area.
