Terrible customer service. Called this morning and the lad who answered the phone couldn?t have sounded more bored and put out at having to speak to customers. Charlton site had said they may have been able to help with our query but the earliest appointment they had was too far for us, so offered us Blackheath?s number to see if they had earlier appointments. The lad on the phone told us with an incredibly bored and sulky tone that it isn?t something they help with at all, though he had to ask again what we needed done despite the fact I expressed it very clearly and concisely, showing that he wasn?t paying attention at all. Awful customer service and definitely won?t be coming here or recommending.

They ruined my car. MOT guy this morning was an awful and rude person. While the young manager was very unprofessional and also rude. I had to go to a different garage and they quoted me 2k to fix what KwikFit have done. Please do your MOT elsewhere because they will damage your car and make jokes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Recommendation to fix the issues on a third party known to the employee Jay named ?Sanu Motors?
The employee was not professional - chatting with his girlfriend for a long period of time, kissing and lap sitting whilst on duties on the reception desk -
No communication during the job as the previous done in kwik fit Tooting Bec
No email sent with the explanation for the job and MOT failure as promised

I am not happy with the service I received from the staff. Particularly, Kevin's excessive haste led to oversights and mistakes.
Kevin made an incorrect adjustment to a fault that my repeat test didn't indicate.
When I brought the error to his attention, he admitted to forgetting to note it. Furthermore, I was initially informed that the repeat test would cost £35, but fortunately, another staff member I spoke to during the test said it was free.
I am concerned about the inconsistency in communication and the error in handling my test

Great customer service!
We arrived on a busy Saturday and the entire team was busy. We went there stressed out that our car would not start. We wanted to purchase a car battery as ours was fried. Not only did the team show empathy and care for our situation, they offered us price match as well as invaluable (free!) advice on how to fit it and secure it in place since our car is very old (2004) and the battery is a newer model. Cherry on the top was the kind offer to dispose of our ancient broken battery for us. We could not have asked fot more. The team saved us time, money and the hassle of recycling a car battery. Hopefully we won't need to come back anytime soon but if we do, we won't hesitate.
