I have visited this KFC on multiple occasions and have consistently observed a lack of hygiene among the staff, as well as excessive delays in order preparation. The prolonged waiting times suggest a disregard for customer convenience. Based on these experiences, I do not intend to return. I am suggesting to change the whole staff.

The food was amazing but that?s the only good I could say to be honest. First time going to KFC and unfortunately as all the workers barely understood English they couldn?t answer any of my questions and seemed annoyed I wasn?t just ordering immediately without asking about the options. The atmosphere was bleak and seemed like they didn?t want people in there or to be serving them. Would recommend going to a different KFC unless you know exactly what you wanna order and don?t wanna make a change. 3 guys couldn?t understand that I was asking if I could change 2 fries in my deal to a single gravy they kept trying to add an additional separate 2 fries or a separate gravy, I understand the standard workers struggling but I would expect at least the manager to be fluent in English. Had to have an Indian customer intervene and translate on my behalf. Food was really good though and the fries were amazing will deffo be ordering more fries on the side when I go to a different KFC in the future.

I would have thought it would be tremendously difficult to bugger up a tightly controlled franchise like KFC, but the Trafalgar Road branch has either managed it, or I was unlucky enough to visit when the C-team were working.
9:40 on a Sunday night, I ordered a Zinger and some beans - don't judge me. This was after waiting quite a while to be even acknowledged by the staff while they were busy demonstrating their antagonistic relationship with the delivery drivers.
Eventually I was handed my food and I sat down to enjoy it before venturing out into the rain. About three bites in, a staff member approached and told me that they had to close the lobby. It took me a few seconds to interpret what he was saying as he stood there staring, but it distilled down to "could you please take your half eaten sandwich out into the ran and eat it there?" The most I could manage was "seriously?" before he reluctantly told me he would wait for me, and then pulled down the steel grid that separated the counter from the "restaurant" so that I could finish my zinger in the atmosphere of a police holding cell. Zinger finished, I turned to the beans and discovered they hadn't given me an eating implement. At that point I just got up, banged on the steel grid to be released and took my pot of beans into the night.
Two stars because the actual food was what I was expecting.

I bought a meal and I received a pair of drumstick, both skinny drumstick! Am trying to ask for a replacement at the counter but they refused. I have to wait for 10mins to replace it with some other portion. I was so upset that this branch was horrible and don't care about the welfare of the customers. If I can rate it with 0 star I will do it. The most horrifying branch I've ever been!!
Staff were grumpy people!
It was my first and will be the last time to pop in to this branch. I will never ever go back to this branch again!

I visited KFC today to get a Krushem milkshake and was told that the machine wasn?t ready, so I was asked to return in two hours. I came back two hours and 45 minutes later, at 3:12 PM, only to be told that the machine was still not ready.
While this was frustrating, what really disappointed me was the lack of customer service. When I inquired about the machine, the employees turned to each other, laughed at my request, and shrugged their shoulders, showing no concern or effort to resolve the issue. This was especially disheartening because my children were the ones who were really looking forward to the milkshakes, and they were left disappointed and annoyed.
What makes this even more puzzling is that we visited the same KFC branch yesterday at 11:30 AM, right when they opened, and were able to get three Krushems without any issues.

I had a take out. The takeaway outlet was clean. Service was super quick compared to other KFCs - even at 7.30 on a Friday night. The food was KFC not Michelin star quality. It's my new local. Question is, would I go there again? Absolutely
Wheelchair accessibility: The outlet is on a ground floor, very easy disabled access.

very nice and clean restaurant. very friendly staff i appreciate there friendly conversation. Food was very hot and tasty. i bought Ginger burger box meals with 1 pieces chicken, it was very hot and tasty.
