If it hadn't been for the 'Hard Sell' of 'Crept Protect' I could easily have given 5 STAR'S for the Excellent Customer Service shown and received from Chantel; Chantel went above and beyond helping me to select a Christmas present for my son, her patience was Impeccable, her level of knowledge of the products, her insightful way of getting her point across was exceptional!The 'Hard Sell' is overwhelming & intrusive, it is bordering harassment!Had it not been for both Tyrese (supervisor) and Chantel I can honestly say I would have left without purchasing the items selected by Chantel.I understand targets are important and team work is a great asset to have within a sales driven environment; but a good Sales Person takes the hint, reads the body language of the Customer and most definitely does not pressure a customer to purchase items they really don't want, listening to the customer is vital. I said No at least 5 times!!!Thank you Tyrese for your understanding of my circumstances, your patience and polite demeanour is refreshing.Thank you Chantel for your patience, understanding and help with selecting my son's present.I wish you both the best!

Awful customer service , I went in to exchange a pair of trainers as they were small . I waited over 15 mins in the queue , there was only two members of staff on the till . I went to the till where the customer service advisor asked me to hold on as she went to assist her colleague type in a product code for an item . Following on from this I informed her it was an exchange , she called the manager to assist however customer service advisors can authorise exchange they cannot authorise returns . The managers come and she informed her I want to exchange and the lady in front of me is looking for a job . I was kept waiting again while the manager spoke to her about jobs , I understand they may short staffed however I shouldn?t have been kept waiting again and no apology even . I will never been returning to this store again such awful customer service .

Worst store experience ever. No respect towards customers and store employees are literally showing racism attitude. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND SUCH A SHAME TO BE JD CUSTOMER.

Yes it is a standard jd but I received fabulous customer service from Samanta, it was later in the day but I hope this can assist her with acknowledgment from the company. Her supervisor/manager (Chloe I think) was also amazing. Thank you so much

I would like to thank Tobey very much. i take my faulty trainers to blue water jd store but the staff refuse to help. They advise me to go to nike store!! Tobey solved my issue in just 5 minutes these stars for him. Thanks mate much appreciated!

I've been sat here waiting for 20 mins to be served. Spoke to the Manager and he nonchalantly said "there's nothing I can do...." so very frustrating!!! Avoid this store if you can

I am very sad about the experience that i faced in the store on 11/may/2023 around 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm. When i enquired about one of the displayed nike shoes and asked for a pair to try it on and confirm about my choice. Employee just told me, its not possible to try both the legs as i can run away with that?. Please anybody confirm if its company policy says so or employee just told me like this as my looks where so. ? thanks

I?ve not actually visited this store but I did a click & collect for an item but never had time to pick it up, so the store said they would return it for me and process my refund. This was 6 weeks ago and I contacted the JD sports customer service who advised the item is still at their store and I haven?t had my refund. Useless

Went with my children for some trainers and was following all the time while in the shop, we tried some trainers and asked the shop assistant to keep a couple a side since we want them. Needed to check the size to weather was the right one for my son and he didn?t let me check because of security. When paying for our shopping he kept looking at my card and had to asked me to look away so he want see my pin since I had to type in. Then aster my shopping asked the shopping assistant weather he is new because he kept following us and acting very strange when suddenly another assistant started yelling at us saying that if we don?t like just go the next door and asked us to leave. They gave me my bag and start les mocking us towards the door.My children felt very traumatised for this event and I felt very bad for not being able to address it since all of them were laughing at us.Never again at this JD

A big thanks to the two lovely girls that helped me to find some comfy lounge/gym wear on Saturday 28th they went above and beyond. I didn?t end up buying anything due to the items I liked in my size being out of stock but I wanted to leave this review to say they?re customer service was excellent, they were kind patient and extremely helpful. Thank you!
