The employee tried to sell it and said that my shoes would arrive the next day. I came to collect them and they didn't arrive. He said that they would arrive in 5 business days. This is a rip-off of the customer. I won't go back to this store. It's a terrible establishment.

The manager is so rude , does she think we are taking things for free to give us such attitude , she looked Iike she was under the influence of a substance, very aggressive and agitated. She accused me of wearing a £100 p600 and bringing it back, when clearly there was a defect so I wanted to exchange it for same size .. the nike emblem was cracked .
The same stuff the manager is on I recon.
However the young girl who served me was very kind and was kinda annoyed at the way thr manager was acting

The young lady at the fitting room has a terrible attitude. She has rude facial expressions and was shouting at me for no reason. Totally ignors when ask her a question. Reported to the Manager , but she didn't care and looked like she was high. Then we received a meaningless appology from the rude staff member. The overall experience was disgusting customer service. We will never shop there again.

Shopped here today around 7:30pm so nearly closing time but still had 10/10 service, was helped by an amazing person that was friendly and knowledgable. Didn't catch her name but wish I did definitely an amazing worker!

I am very disappointed with the services in the store. I wanted to buy some clothes that I wanted to try on before, after talking to the girl at the cashier she said that would call someone. When the person who was supposed to open our fitting rooms came, he told us that he didn't have a person to open them, that there were a few employees and that we should come the next day because then they will open them. It seems unprofessional to tell me to come the next day if I want to try them..... lost me as a client, I will never go in that store.

Had a nasty staff experience last year where I openly caught a Member of staff on shift ridiculing my daughters appearance to another staff member, didn't think I caught her! Denied it, got aggressive, very very unprofessional staff, didn't apologise and had the cheek to call security on me??? Bad, bad behaviour, my daughter spends a lot on fashion!!!

Extremely poor customer service! Whilst paying at the till with our 5 year old child staff using foul language numerous times in front of our child. Rather than engage with customers staff were too busy swearing and complaining about the job. Poor representation of a company that?s meant to be welcoming to all!

Worker is so rude. The woman with the pony tail working today is absolutely lacking in customer service. Lost a sale because of her terrible attitude.. We alerted the cashier on her behavior - get rid of arrogant staff and employ people who have better people skills. Refer to the other reviews.

If it hadn't been for the 'Hard Sell' of 'Crept Protect' I could easily have given 5 STAR'S for the Excellent Customer Service shown and received from Chantel; Chantel went above and beyond helping me to select a Christmas present for my son, her patience was Impeccable, her level of knowledge of the products, her insightful way of getting her point across was exceptional!The 'Hard Sell' is overwhelming & intrusive, it is bordering harassment!Had it not been for both Tyrese (supervisor) and Chantel I can honestly say I would have left without purchasing the items selected by Chantel.I understand targets are important and team work is a great asset to have within a sales driven environment; but a good Sales Person takes the hint, reads the body language of the Customer and most definitely does not pressure a customer to purchase items they really don't want, listening to the customer is vital. I said No at least 5 times!!!Thank you Tyrese for your understanding of my circumstances, your patience and polite demeanour is refreshing.Thank you Chantel for your patience, understanding and help with selecting my son's present.I wish you both the best!
