The staff are amazing, great service. Best burger and fries I think I have ever eaten. It's good to get real food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Loads of room to get around in a wheelchair. Easy entrance and exit.

It was first time for me in this five guys with my kid when I came here I really enjoyed and I am hundred percent sure I am bringing my kids back again. They really enjoyed everyone was very friendly.

My go to after shows in the O2. While most of the other places have closed, this is still open. Staff always work super fast so even if there is a queue,you don't wait long!

First time at five guys. Finally got to see what the hype was about. There peanut butter milkshake is of the chain nice. Burgers lovely. However that beef hot dog thing they doe is horrid

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your O2 Arena store on 29th July, and I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience.
While I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Five Guys, I was disappointed with the way I was treated by one of the staff members during my recent visit. The individual in question was he don't know how to treat with customers, which left me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of improving the customer service experience for myself and others in the future. I believe that Five Guys is known for its friendly and welcoming service, and I hope to see this standard maintained.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to my next visit and hope it will be a more positive experience.
