Came at 9:10 then again at 9:40 finally left because I couldn?t be asked
There were 7-8 people queuing up all left after waiting for a long time.
I?m sorry but this is too much, they need to get a grip.

Very friendly staff, I am usually very picky about my drink but they made exactly as I wanted. The coffee is better than other coffee shops as well.
Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milk
Kid-friendliness: They did not charge for my nieces baby chino

Like some of the previous comments, they really need to hire more staff. I was there at 8:35am hoping to get my coffee fix but it was closed. There was a sign that says they?ll be back in 30 minutes so I went around the O2 and came back at 9:25 to still see the sign up and the shop closed. I?ve given them 50 minutes and the person is still not there to open the shop. If you?re not going to be back in 30 minutes then don?t put that sign up at all. The shop was supposed to open at 6:30 but I bet the shop wasn?t even open that early. This is not the first time this Nero didn?t open and come back on time. They need to hire more staff so at least one can go on break while the other person can still serve customers especially it?s the weekend.

I work nearby and today is the fourth time where I?d come to see that it?s closed and that they will be ?back in 20 minutes?. And it?s never 20 minutes. At this point don?t even bother.

Finally back open after nearly 2 years being closed! Cant beat a Nero's coffee, though the prices are a bit steep now, £1 more a cup compared to 2 years ago!

A flaky experience at Caffè Nero - Bedford St. in London There had been a scarce glance enough to be reluctantly unserved a brownish hot water which never touched a drop of coffee. Next time, I deeply recommend hiring another staff member who were able to prepare a truly ?caffè vero?.

One of the few places in London I was able to order a quad-shot Latte without raised eyebrows. Lovely Pastries. Husband, starved for a coffee shop that actually ?smelled like coffee? was very pleased with my find.
