We went for brunch. The service from the beginning till the end was extremely amazing. The food really tasty and it was nice.
When the bill came I?ve asked if the service charge were tips for the staff and FINDING OUT that the 12.5% service charge goes to the owner of the company. And not to their tips. I rapidly said ?please remove the service charge? and tip the staff after. I encourage people to do the same and start making these big companies to look after the staff more and STOP making easy money.
DON?T pay the ?service charge? instead ask to remove it and add the tips at the end. That?s what a did.
A member of staff said ?it?s not respectful? what?s BILLS does. Sad!
Giving it 1 star as I think it?s so disrespectful what the company does. Taking the staff service charge instead of giving it to them for the hard work they do.

Been eating at Bill?s for a few years the menu is consistently good. Service is always decent despite how busy the restaurant is. In my most recent visit, our waitress, Sunshine was very friendly and helpful.

The "bottomless pancakes" were so dry they were inedible, The duck on the burger was tough as old boots. Food arrived before the drinks.
Manager agreed the pancakes were dry and you should ask if you want for syrup as it's not offered as standard.
Unfortunately we will not be back.
