Awful calzone pizza. Flat as a pancake, doughy, wet. Never seen such an embarrassing looking dish. Server tried hard and it was quick - hence 2 stars.

We arrived around 6 pm . Was extremely busy inside and outside restaurant. We were waiting to be sit around 20 min . The Manager sat us outside and explained all allergy menu because my wife is gluten intolerance. Services was promptly , food tasty . Definitely we will come back .

We stood in line for an hour before we got a table. There were lots of free tables during this time but they did not have enough staff to clear them. The Manager looked stressed but was wondering around looking at the situation holding his phone, but a decent manager should step up to the plate and help the staff. It was obviously understaffed. We were going to watch a show and basically had 10 minutes to eat by the time our food arrived. My partner?s meal had been given to someone at the next table before they realised their mistake. My side order did not turn up! Awful. I said to the waitress that they were understaffed and she replied that it was the manager?s fault as he wants to save money! Worse experience ever!!!

We were in London for a few daysand wanted to eat in Greenwich. I rang Ask Italian and spoke to the manager who was very helpful and courteous. We arrived early but were very well looked after. The food was very good and the service exceptional. The only downside we felt was the lack of staff. They were very stretched and they appeared to need more support, though this did not affect their level of service. I asked the names of the three people attending to us ..... Arkadiusz,Prashanth and Yeshwanth. They were superb. Thank you.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were lukewarm at best. Clearly cooked okay but then apparently left standing. No excuse as the place was half empty. Waiter did apologise and spoke with manager who offered free desserts. No thanks. Go elsewhere.

Both myself and my girlfriend have serve allergies. When we were welcomed at the beginning, we told the waitress the allergies and she followed with a sigh and muttered to herself. When I ordered the food we again stated the allergies. When our food arrived, it had cheese on it after clearly stating the allergies. The waitress seemed very flustered and clearly the communication wasn?t clear on their behalf. Although the manager did pass us and we asked him about it and he was very reassuring and kind towards us.

Visited before going to see a show in the arena. Allowed an hour and half before show start. Got seated quickly which was good. Place was understaffed so waiting ages for drinks, food order etc. Then waited around 40 mins food which was pizza?s and their cheese and garlic fries. When we got the food it was as best Luke warm and had clearly been stood waiting to be served for ages. no staff around to ask to swap, no one came to ask if food was ok. As we were running out of time it was eat the cold food or go without.

Food was overpriced and bland unfortunately. Also a great shame that I was unable to use my blue light discount. Service was good despite it being very busy- staff polite and friendly. Food was also promptly delivered.

Food average - drinks poor - staff rude - service incredibly slow . Will not eat at an Ask again. The young female waitress needs to find her manners or a job without working with the general public - not an apology in sight for slow service . 4 people on next table arrived after us - drinks and food before us and left before us. Plus they received a discount for lack of service .

Don?t even bother if you have any food allergies, we waited 45 mins to even have our order taken. Very understaffed and service extremely slow. We ordered sides that came after we had all finished our meal. Didn?t even have time for dessert as going to event. Please note says gluten free pasta is cooked with gluten containing food! What?s the point!

Popped in prior to the UFC event, staff were very friendly and attentive. To start we shared the spicy cheese doughballs, they were ok, bit bland Beer was warm which was a bit odd. Pizzas for main and they were both very good ( better than expected) nice and spicy. I was quite impressed with it, considering its a chain, no real faults and would visit again when next in the O2.

I rang 2 weeks ago to book a table told on event day you can't book so got there 11.50 am today to be told only outside (freezing) was available I said you have lots of tables inside it was empty !!!! To be told they are reserved I asked how !!! When I'd rung to book , really didn't know what to say. I assume an older lady with 2 grandchildren isn't as good as a group of ladies who will all drink with dinner so my custom not good enough ASK. Shame on you . .. plenty of other restaurants at o2 I am in a customer service role I will be telling this to everyone I serve about you

As we were just a table of 2 we were able to be sat quite quickly as it was very busy, we had a nice table and our server was very friendly, food was amazing especially the vegan garlic bread as I can have dairy that was amazing.

The food was nice especially mushroom calzone!!! Fantastic service overall with special thanks to Laura the manager who was super kind, attentive and made our daughter?s 20th Birthday special. We had fun and were beautifully looked after. Thank You Laura for your spark, honesty and passion.

We were a party of7 who sat for food at just after 3pm. Having sat we then waited for 20minutes before asking if someone could at least take our drinks order, although we were ready to order food. We then waited a further 20minutes and again had to ask where our drinks were. The starters eventually arrived minus two orders. Having waited some time we had to ask if they were bringing out the remainder of our starters. They had clearly forgotten the additional two dishes. We are now waiting for our Mains currently we have waited for 25minutes. In the mean time we took the children to use the toilets. Three of the four cubicles were not clean or useable. When we let the staff know we were told to tell the manager who simply shrugged his shoulders and said they were too busy to clean them. I hate to think what the service would be like at peaks times We will not be returning here In The future. Poor service, slow wait times and a could not care attitude
