I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I faced blatant racism from an Indian employee at your facility. When I told him I was Polish, he sneered, calling me just another ?Pollack? and said there are too many of us here, and we should get out as soon as possible.

I was with my father today and we go to deposit money in our business account as we are with TSB log time . All of us had our personal and business accounts with TSB, but the staff of the TSB is not trained at all. Unfortunately there is no other branch of TSB near me otherwise I won?t come to Greenford branch. I was tolerating this but this time it beyond the limits, They won?t welcome you the way they treat you is unacceptable, we are the customers and if we leave you how you run your banks. You never see someone sitting there to serve the customers, you have to wait and wait and wait for them to serve you. You can?t tell that it?s a bank , it?s like a picnic spot for them you see them talk and ignoring the customers. There are only 2 boys and 3 girls who always see confused and make mistakes while depositing the money. If you ask anything they were not able to tell u or explain you anything. There is 2 money counting machines and 1 is from last 2 years not been working and they took the money to the side to count and you don?t know what?s happening and every single time they do mistake in counting and giving you figures and when you try to rectify them they been rude to you and not even bother to say sorry or accept there mistake?. And even threat the customers and say you can?t say us anything. TSB management should take some serious action regarding this matter, because there are a number of people who have this issue but majority of them is old age and not good in tech system?. Please try to train your staff or keep an eye on their actions ?

Worse branch ever always no staff to help you I'm disabled & can't stand for to long but this branch doesn't care about customers wellbeing, try avoid [Greenford] branch the staff have to much attitude.
