staff are always rude. Like they hate there job and take it out on you. Been there a few times. even for simple purchases they are always in a bad mood.

Ridiculous opening times. Opens at 10am! I went to the Woodford Green post office at the High Road at 8.30am, they normally opens at 8am but for some reason the shutter was down and there was a small queue waiting for it to be opened. I didn't want to hang around, decided to go to Woodford Broadway. I walked there and by the time I got there it was 9am and found it was shut. I ended up going to Wanstead post office!

I sent a small parcel from this post office and it never got to the destination. I've always post things abroad and not had any issue so I'm not too sure if things are handle properly here.UPDATE: my parcel got returned to me 6 months later! Well at least it didn't go missing.On separate note... When posting a letter a few times now, they always insist and assume special delivery. I have to tell them No "I just need second class signed for" pls

Make sure if you going there chack how much you need to pay to send the letter, they overcharging the customers.... They make me pay almost double... After when I came home I double checked the price on post office Web.

In my many experiences using this post office for the Royal Mail service it has always been a quick and efficient process, it is like this for everyone if you come in knowing what you want before hand simply by checking online as to what prices are available (they will usually confirm the price when you are posting the item to make sure you know) - all in all I've had nothing but easy postage with this place.

Conveniently placed but run by people who don?t know what they?re doing. Long queues, only one card point, looks chaotic inside, and when you ask for a particular postal service they have no clue what you?re talking about. Couldn?t tell you what world zone any country is in or what the world zones actually were.International parcels can be sent various ways including economy, standard, tracked, signed, and both tracked & signed. This is according to the Royal Mail but the people in this post office don?t know this. Learn your services so you can inform customers. It shouldn?t be the other way around. I will be avoiding this post office from now on. Take my business elsewhere.Changed my review from two stars to one. Shame you can?t get a zero. Pathetic excuses. Don?t use me or the pandemic as a reason for your ineptitude.
