At 10:30 in the morning, I attempted to purchase a coffee from your machine, only to find it was broken. When I approached the manager to inquire about the issue, she informed me that it would be fixed in 40 minutes. However, her response was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. She seemed more interested in ending the conversation than addressing my concerns, leaving abruptly without any courtesy or respect.
It is unacceptable for a manager to treat a customer this way. As someone in a leadership position, she should be setting an example of professionalism and good customer service. Instead, her behavior demonstrated a lack of care and disregard for my experience.
I expect better from Tesco, and I am disappointed that I was treated in such an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I urge you to address this issue with your staff to ensure that no other customer is made to feel the way I did. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter.

The person managing this store needs serious training. Constantly being late to open the store, closing all the self service ( for cash) and using only 1 person besides the till when is a queue. The store is a joke

Today, 27.11.2024, around 22:00 - 22:20, I decided to go to the checkout instead of using the self-service unit. The staff person at the counter asked me if I was willing to pay by card or cash. When I said that I'd pay by card, he responded to me, "Why don't you go to the self-service unit? Do you think I have nothing else to do in this shop???? WHAT? Is this really how you train your employees to treat customers?

Wasted my time for 40 minutes to tell me my parcel hasn?t arrived and for another staff member to tell me that it has been sent back extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Who seem to be very confused and can?t do the job right. I was also told that I shouldn?t leave my package until the last day to collect which I don?t think is any of their concern as I am still within the timeframe. I ended up getting my package but very unhappy with their attitude and manage.

Poor costumer service, they keep chasing the local people and whoever does not look like them instead of help with the massive queues. I would give half a star if I could, the location is the only positive aspect about this store. Managers super rude and defensive, wrong labels and out of date products. They should be worried about stocking the shelves or unblock the corridors and take the trolleys that no one is using instead chasing people based on their aspect.

I have been visiting this shop a lot, and there are always things not working, never getting fixed and no one seems to care about it. There are self checkout tills that do not work 9 times out of 10, staff not willing to help and rudeness. My worst experience with them is about their Evri printer, which has not worked for over a year. I kept complaining about it and raised the problem to their staff and manager and no one seems to care or do something about it. This is very infuriating because even today when I went there I could see with my eyes that the label roll was missing completely from the printer. It would work if they would do their part of the job. If they accepted the printer in the shop, more than sure for a fee, then bloody make sure it works, and if it doesn't get in contact with someone from Evri to come and fix it, otherwise update everywhere that it does not work and take it out from the shop. Save us from wasting time and getting angry going there.

Staff working at Tesco, particulary this store need training how to handle frozen food. I've been visiting this store for years and they always have lots of frozen food with frost on it - meaning the food was unfrozen or melted then frozen again, which is against the instruction on packaging, common sense and basic education. I hope Trading Standards will look in to it or local Food and Safety Agency, as this is serious risk to public safety.
