I just visited Sports Direct in Greenford and had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Andreas. At around 4:45 pm, close to closing time, he approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner, shouting and accusing us of making a section messy ? even though we had not been anywhere near that area. When we suggested he check the CCTV footage, he began shouting even more and acting very strangely. He also made inappropriate comments, including swearing and claiming his name was ?Donald Trump.?

Rude staff, ignoring you, not helpful at all. I've asked for assistance to get pair of shoes. Everyone was apparently busy in doing nothing, one of the guys told me 'yeah, im working here but you need to ask for the helpf someone else'. I have been waiting for like nearly 30minutes then I approached tills asking if someone is going to help me or not really. This ruined my mood literally.

I had a very disappointing experience while shopping at Sports Direct recently. I was in the women?s section, looking for the perfect pair of shoes. After selecting five pairs I liked, I was in the middle of trying to decide which ones to try on when a staff member approached me in an extremely rude and loud manner.
He abruptly told me, ?Put them back where they were ? you can?t take more than two pairs to try on. It?s the rule,? and began arguing with me. He insisted it was company policy that customers are not allowed to try on more than two pairs at a time. The tone and approach were disrespectful and completely unnecessary, especially while I was actively in the process of choosing what to buy.
This interaction completely ruined the shopping experience, and I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase. For reference, the staff member had long hair with some braids and appeared to be of Asian descent (not meant to offend ? just providing a description).
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff to treat customers with more respect and professionalism.

What a store! I have shopped here for years and my children have always enjoyed shopping here, but we will never go to sports direct again. One of the young staff on the till shouted at my son accusing him of trying to open a product when it was actually something he had bought from another store next door. No apology just the attitude when I told her she didn?t need to shout. She then turned to her colleague on the till and started badmouthing me while I stood there. I then attempted to approach the store manager but one of the colleagues from the till ran ahead to him. When I tried to address the issues he was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a store and I cannot believe he is the manager. In our Heated discussion, he told me to shut And was clearly trying to mock me and my appearance. No wonder the staff are so rude. If the manager is allowed to speak to Customer rudely in front of the staff they of course will too. I made a complaint to sports direct but of course you just get the Standard, ?we are sorry and we will investigate? but nothing will ever come of it.

One of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. My wife visited Sports Direct to buy a bag and saw one which she was intrested but placed on a high shelf. When she politely asked a staff member to assist in bringing it down, she was met with a rude and dismissive response: ?Only if you're going to buy it.?
This is completely unacceptable?how is a customer supposed to decide on a product without even being allowed to properly examine it? When she insisted on seeing the bag, the staff member began moaning and clearly couldn't be bothered to help. His attitude made it obvious that he had no interest in assisting customers or making a sale.
She felt like she was being a burden for simply asking for basic customer service. Sports Direct should be ashamed to have staff with such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. It's clear there's a serious lack of training and customer care standards in this store.
Absolutely disgraceful experience. She will not be returning, and we strongly advise others to avoid this location.

Poor customer service.I went there to buy a bag.I liked a bag which was stored on top shelve. I asked one of the staff to get me the bag.
I am been told if you want to buy then only I could bring it down.It was a very blunt response ,how could you buy a bag without checking weather it?s fit the purpose.
I have insisted to bring it down for me to look he has started mourning .Felt like he was wasn?t interested to make a sell.
Sports direct needs to invest more in their staff?s training.

Just came in to buy some trainers and had in my hand which ones I wanted I just needed a different size. No one to be found to help for first 10 minutes then someone came to the till who I asked and he radio?d another person to come. Said person didn?t come for another 10 minutes and then served other people instead. The guy who was buy the till I then found sweeping the floor to pass the time and I asked him for help again but he passed me off back to the other guy who was disinterested. Left the shop, couldn?t waste any more time and frankly didn?t want to give them the sale for their abysmal customer service. 20 mins wasted because staff lack initiative, courtesy and efficiency. If you can?t pick out exactly what you want and take it to the till right away I recommend staying away from this store

Went to there yesterday to buy some new shoes for myself there was only one member of staff helping people get shoes. Waited over 10 minutes before I could get his attention then he went off to serve another customer even tho I had been waiting for him. My sister went to the till to pay and was only one person on till when we asked if there is another member of staff to help on the till. He told us if we don't like it we can leave so I walked out. Very disrespectful staff

The worst service ever I recommend anyone do not come shopping here i came here to exchange boxers I brought 2 boxes f boxers didn't realise the size on one of them was wrong I hadn't opened and did not use it the guy obviously the counter wasn't willing to help just it's company policy we can't which I understand if I haven't used it nor broke the seal the person on the till opened them before I purchased them. Wost place to shop not helpfull at all

While the store is like any other SportsDirect, today I have witnessed one of the store managers mistreating a customer who was simply browsing. Starting with physically pushing him to the side to pick something from the floor to trying to start a physical confrontation. I have never seen this level of aggression and rudeness before!
