NO STAFF , over 10 customers in the shoes areas , one member of staff on shoes and the till on a Saturday when they?ll obviously be busy . Just left in the end . Waste of time

I Don't often shop in sports direct because of their refund policy BUT I am thinking completely stop.I have been this morning and the service in this place is just .... left me speechless . Was planning to by few things but they make me go JD.WELL DONE GUYSWELL DONE SPORTS DIRECT.

The stars are only for the fact it had what I needed...but customer service is appalling. Waited at the till for what seemed like ages to purchase my items well over £50 and had to leave it all behind as I did night duty was so ? tired and had far to drive.

Poor systems. My bank told me about a refund for a part of the order before Sports Direct told me. In fact SD have not even told me or apologised. Checked tracking of the order as store pickup. Picture shows the parcel delivered to the store two days ago but nothing from the store advising I can collect it. Called the store to triple check it is there and surprise surprise the phone just rings and rings. Kinda cheap shop and you probably get what you pay for. A little more effort could make the experience much better.So arrived at store. I am guessing as not receipted into the store I did not have a collection code. We got over that issue. The poor lass at the till had 10 people behind me. She was working hard battling the system as I had to produce my driving license and go through a different collection route. After 10 mins another more experienced member of staff started shift and sorted out the mess. The final parting experience was the fact Sports Direct could not deliver the entire order the total dipped marginally below the £100 threshold and I was denied my £5 voucher no fault of my own. Fab.

Asking to look inside my bag while I went just finished to pay my purchases. The alarm didn?t go off and when I have the so called manager why checking only me he answered with no shame because I have the power and I picked you. When I asked I?m his name he straight away hide his name tag and declined the request.That was very humiliating experience!

My Sports direct experience in this store was appalling. They don?t know the meaning of customer service.Me and some of the other customers saw one price on the stores shop floor and when we went to pay at the till we were charged more than what was displayed and when we asked to pay for what was displayed, the supervisor said it?s company policy to show one price and charge another.The supervisor didn?t even give me his name claiming it?s sensitive information. Instead he gave me his payroll number: 82303He is the supervisor for sports direct at Greenford retail park.I went to sports direct after 5 years due to having previous negative experience. Good to know the service is still not improved and customers are treated unfairly.P.S. Sports direct doesn?t even have a customer service phone number to speak to someone. Wonder why that might be ????

Definitely dont shop here for the customer service?Came to store to collect an online order, asked the staff at the door if the collection desk is up or downstairs?told to join the queue downstairs only to get the front and be told I have to go upstairs? I asked why staff at the main entrance don?t know this, only for the cashier to get an attitude about it saying ? we?ll, I dunno? but it?s always been upstairs mate?( I?m not your mate), went upstairs and waited in another queue for the staff member at the till to then not be able to process the order and having to call someone else to deal with it resulting in further wait for them to sort it then collect it? piss poor service from the this store

Waste of time, I waited nearly 30 minutes for the assistant to find me shoes in my size,staff are hiding in the back And don't want to help customers , when you approach them for help they say they are busy and tell you to use the websitethis is the third time ive been here in one month and they NEVER have any shoe sizes in stock,you can hear other staff members loudly gossiping and laughing, but they all refuse to do any work

Not enough staff on the shoes. The one guy working is serving 4 to 5 customers at one time. Shocking service by sports direct not the staff working hard.

Very bad service, I went 7.40 with my son. The guy was with tied hair very rude and helpless. Still 20min to close the shop but he didn't help and show his rude face . My son was very disappointed he couldn't find.
