Attentive - very busy site, which means you got to wait a little to be seen, but seeing people waiting can only give you confidence that your sight is looked after .
Extremely polite - which is something you get rarer and rarer
I take both my kids here regularly and I like the fact they explain to them as them being the patient and not me the parent.

I have been a loyal customer of this branch for several years and have always been understanding of wait times and high customer volume. However, their recent failure to meet expectations has been deeply disappointing. Over two weeks before my holiday, I attended a contact lens appointment to place an order specifically for my trip. I was assured by the representative that my order would arrive in time. Unfortunately, it did not, leaving me without lenses for my holiday, even if I paid for it! This experience has been extremely dissatisfying, and I will not be placing future orders with this branch. I am likely to switch providers entirely, considering the available options on the market .

I had a routine eye test examination at the Greenford Westway branch and was seen promptly at the time of my appointment by a member of their team for the initial tests. Once it was time to select a new pair of glasses, I was handed over to Vineeth. He was helpful, attentive and very patience particularly with me being indecisive about what new frames to choose. He provided great advice and ensured I didn?t miss out on any offers. Very pleased with the service I received and look forward to collecting my glasses soon.

Excellent Service!
I had a great experience with the optician during my recent visit. Kalpana ,was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the right frames that suited my face shape and style. She took the time to explain my lens options clearly and helped me make the best choice for my needs.
What really stood out was how carefully she checked the fitting of the glasses?making sure everything sat comfortably and aligned perfectly. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
