Fantastic service from Raz and his colleagues today. Unfortnately broke my bi focial glasses, but he was able to transfer the lens into another frame within minutes. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with my last visit to this shop. I had to buy new glasses and the store member, R ,absolutely smashed it. He remembered me from last year and knew which frames I bough. Amazing.He recommended my new frames based on my hair colour, skin colour and face shapes therefore I feel very confident with my new frames! Thank you

Love this branch, one of the best. Friendly staff, always helpful, jolly and the team is fantastic with children. It can be quite stressful to have an eye test done for kids but staff are professional and very kind with children, they were joking with them and let them play with an eyeball basket ball (my kids loved it).

First time I visited this branch after going to Uxbridge, the moment I walked in within seconds I was approached by a colleague who asked me can I help you, she signed in for my appointment and the second colleague was also very helpful she very calm and patient did my first test the asked me wait for the optician to call me in and then she pointed 2 things one check is due in January and so is my Pcv licence so she asked me do want to go ahead or wait til January I wanted wait til January and and she very politely showed me out and said see you January.??

This practice at the heart of Greenford offers a wide selection of glasses in a professional and accommodating manner. My husband is particularly pleased with the wide sizes available, and I highly recommend this practice. I buy monthly contact lenses from the shop as I have had issues with the direct debit system, and this is the second time that you're out of stock. The staff was helpful, they double checked and all, but perhaps they could double check before running out!

This is a place where your experiences and fears will not be ignored at the expense of your sight! This is a place where all employees are highly qualified, polite, attentive, caring. Attended a sight test recently at my local Specsavers in Greenford, got the all clear on my general sight which is not deteriorating to any degree, got new frames with lenses, fully coated, plus a pair of designer sunglasses care of Timberland, so stoked!
