I brought my mum to see the Audiologist Balraj. He was an excellent professional absolutely passionate about his job and genuinely demonstrated care for my mum, her hearing and ear health. Well done specsavers. We need more people like him on your staff.

All staff were friendly
The only criticism, that let the place down, was no air conditioning working? It was hot and humid...you need to sort this out...been a problem for a few years now.

I?m only giving a 5 star rating due to a staff member called Savi. She helped my daughter get a replacement frame. Her customer service skills were person centered and I am grateful for her professionalism.

Such a bad experience. I was 10 mins late and they cannot do the appointment. We have waited before for our appointment time more than 30mins. We can wait for them but they cannot wait before us. What a lazy staff.
