I used to fill petrol from this petrol station all the time but today it was the worst experience with the guy name called *Kumar*. I reached there and started to fill the petrol so he said turn your back towards camera so that?s fine i did it because it was night time and then i tried one more time then he said remove your helmet so I removed that as well then i filled petrol so i just want to tell you that not every bike driver is thief so don?t behave the same with all the riders. I never had this type of experience ever in this petrol station.

Fabulous experience at shell greenford , especially employee name Ali , energetic guy i have ever seen in shell . Shell greenford has good set of employees. Highly recommendedable to all .

I would put 0 starts if I could. The shell recharge is the worst charging station you could use. I would recommend use BP OR POD POINT over shell. She?ll will take your pre authorisation money of £45 And won?t even connect to your car. After speaking to others have realised that it?s not just me. Stay away from shell if you have an electric car.

On 4 December I came to fuel up the petrol at shell Greenford over there , cashier name Kumar was behaving very rude with us we where 3 customers in line , he is very rude with everyone not answering to the question regarding reward points . Please check your employee language

Absolutely disappointing experience.22 09 2013 at 17 20.Pulled up at the pump number 1 on the motorcycle (no restrictions no bollards or information that this pump is not working) and attenand started shouting at me using PA to go to different pump. No reason given. He just would not activate pump number 1. Not my fault that the CCTV doesn't work at this location. From some other reviews of this place, it looks that this place doesn't like bike riders. I LEFT the place without refueling, plenty of other fuel retailers in the area who treat bike riders with respect.

I came today to fill my van with diesel and after I filled my van up I went to pay and the cashier called kumar refused to take my Scottish sterling pound notes from me and he said ? we cannot take this money ? when I asked him why he said my manger called bardy does not accept this money and after I changed the note he was checking it to see if it?s real using his fingers and of course it turned out to be real. The problem is that he was not using a professional machine and it was no point as I only filled up £40 . I know that Scotland is still apart of the United Kingdom but the guy clearly doesn?t believes that. This shows how unprofessional this petrol stations service is.

We travelled to Greenford Shell for the car wash. Hand held " jet wash " which cost £5.00 for very basic wash.Problem: there was no pressure. Far more pressure in a garden hose that this facility. At first I thought it was broken , but the staff stated that's it is functioning perfectly . What a joke, it's in the name : Jet Wash!! , get it fixed your taken customers money..According to other reviews : this " jet wash " has been like this for at least 7 months. Shell Greenford you owe me £5.00 & stop taking advantage of people. Imagine trying to wash your car with no more than a few drops of water for £5.00 and they are aware of the scam.Reported this to Shell head office.
