The managers and counter staff Patels are incapable of offering any quality service to customers.they do not know Santander terms and are lazy enough not to offer reasonable customer assistance but are told by customers they are not fit for the job..they do try to make customers stop using santander. Terrible .

Santander customer services are really not helpful.One of the members dealing with me yesterday and suddenly another members came and stopped him why you dealing this customers?He was asking him ?Its very surprising questions?If your colleague dealing with customer you should not ask this stupid question infront of customer (me)it was very disappointing and no value for customers.If you don't want to deal the customers as face to face close the branch and stay home.No need to services for customers.Its a unprofessional behaviour and bad customers services.Please don't behave again.Thank you

Avoid at all costs,I had to finish my payment to my solicitor and this branch wouldn?t allow me to do the transaction as they were going home in 35mins and couldn?t be bothered to listen to me. The manager kept talking over me and spoke so much that she wasted 15mins of the time she could have spent transferring my money. What a waste of time this branch is !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not good. Closed my Account and as well as the Accout fee of £10 charged me 2 lots of Interest as well. Each one was just over £14 but not the point. Not done in this branch was done over the phone. If they do each customer an extra £14 in interest that builds up to a lot. SANTANDER used to be ABBEY NATIONAL, but I would say ABBEY SNATCHITALL is more appropriate.

This branch is always very busy but the staff are very helpful. Recently, I was very impressed with one of the advisors, Umwah. She was very knowledgeable, and gave me excellent and impartial advise about the products available to best suit my needs.Anjina, too, is always most helpful, offering excellent support to customers with the minimum of fuss.

Why Santander can?t change the opening times on google to the correct times, I do not know.How staff can endure standing by the door for half hour everyday and being as useful as a chocolate butt plug being worn in the Sahara Desert, I do not know.Please, to whom this may concern, could you please invest towards better service and live a slightly less luxurious life than your luxurious life?

Staff are friendly and helpful but can get very busy so prepared to queue on average for 10 minutes or more at peak times.There's 2 cash dispensing machines outside the branch which are free to use as well.
