My 48h Tracked parcel has been sitting at Greenford Mail Centre for at least 2 days according to the tracker app. It's meant to take 48h to get to me, not to be lingering somewhere in the depot.

The beautiful glamerous lady at reception is a credit to Royal Mail. She?s been there 35 years and went above and beyond to try and help find a lost parcel and escalated it even though members of the public are not meant to be there. I can?t thank her and her line manager Brian enough ??

The attitude of the staff is extremely bad and very irresponsible. Please close down immediately and let someone take over. I have never seen such a bad postal service since I was born. My package has been stuck for seven days (today 11-1). It's not even December yet. If I could, I would give you 100 million points. If you don't get it again, I'll curse your whole family to not have a good death. If you die, you won't be able to survive.

What an absolute joke this parcel shop is. It not only looks abandoded, messy, dirty, everything broken, no clear instructions how to use self service, I ended up walking in circles for 5 mins trying to find a dropp off point. Last year I?ve been told to drop off my parcel to the staff room ??

One of the best Royal Mail depots I've visited so far. Loaded up in good time and plenty of assistance.They don't behave like they're doing you a big favour and they're not afraid to get on the back of the trailer and help you out

Most horrible customer service I have ever ever experienced. Provided absolutely no help and are very mean. Don?t bother trying to recover your parcel from here as you will not get it and will just get bullied by the staff

I gave one star as it?s the only way I can write a review! You guys have become absolutely useless! This is the 3rd time now that you have messed up my order, yet again today, you didn?t ring the bell outside, which you normally do, but today and the last 2 times, you?ve just let yourself into the block of flats and quietly knocked at the door, I work from home and wear a headset so I cannot hear the door, hense why if you had called the bell downstairs then I would of heard you. Years and years ago Royal Mail was brilliant and now you?re useless! I don?t know what type of donkeys you have working there but I would have sacked the majority of you because you lack in enthusiasm and lack in customer service big time! People are paying for a service and you need to deliver that! What if people need that delivery on that day?! It?s not good enough at all!! You?re not the same company as you once were! That?s for sure!

Visited my local depot in Hampstead and was informed that my parcel is at the Greenford depot, tracking shows it?s been there for 12 days. This is the 3rd package in 6 months that has mysteriously gone missing from the Greenford depot, the lady at my local sorting office said she has had numerous complaints in regards to packages going missing from the Greenford depot. THEFT OR NEGLIGENCE!! ??I intend to visit in person to try and get an explanation ??Didn?t Royal Mail workers just get a pay rise ??
