I?m incredibly pleased with the service I have received from Ranj for my flat purchase. Unfortunately, my buying process was harder and longer than I?ve expected, for different reasons, however during these 6 months Ranj was always in touch when I needed any updates, advice, or communication with the vendor. I am an estate agent myself and can confirm that Ranj knows the field extremely well and his knowledge and experience helped me to buy my first property. Brilliant service, transparency and very easy to deal with. Straight answers from the first day. We were dealing with one very difficult solicitor in the chain and Ranj in particular dealt with the situation very professionally and got things sorted promptly. A great service. Have been speaking to K ref a possible purchase, does not return calls or call back, don't feel like a genuine agency to buy through unfortunately. Will have to take my investment elsewhere, which is unfortunate.

Highly not recommended!Unprofessional staff!Was meant to view a property...10mins after I was meant to see the property but no one showed up, I called them to see what's going on..."Oh I was just about to call you! Unfortunately you won't be able to view the property today due to my colleague taking the house keys with him on his day off. However we'll do a priority viewing for you over the weekend"No one got in touch to arrange the viewing as I was promised and never heard from them again...Why didn't he call me before the viewing was meant to happen? Wasted a good few hours of my life. Not impressed at all.Actually I am impressed, never seen such a bad service. I thought the agents should want to make commission.Awful customer service, they act as if they're professional but they're not.

This was an emotional and difficult house sale due to Covid and probate. it took a very long time to process, however the team at Rolfe East were utterly fantastic. empathetic, supportive and totally professional and efficient. I leaned on them heavily as I did not live in the area, and they were wonderful. very grateful for their hard work. In the end, the sale went through smoothly and pain free. many thanks to all, especially Ewa and Angelika.
