If I could give 0 stars I would the staff are incompetent, rude and disrespectful the old woman that?s there often the one with the face like a slapped you know what is beyond rude for absolutely no reason you can?t ask a question without a rude look and comment back if you don?t like running a shop then don?t. Strongly recommend going to the post office on Allenby Road the guys in there are atleast polite and willing to let you ask them a question

Been using this shop for 40 years now and never had any problems with them, whenever they offer new services it as always clearly explained before I proceed, leaving me with little confusion with what I am doing. Recently they have started taking Evri and Amazon parcels and at first I was sceptical when they told me they were unable to print receipts for Amazon parcels in particular. They told me I would get an Email from Amazon which I did so I am very thankful for there support and would recommend.

I used to be a postmaster. I went to send a parcel back to the supplier. They just scanned it and said that's it.They said no receipt is given as I will receive a email.I said I was not having that as I had no proof of returning the expensive parcel.They refused to give a receipt or hand me back my parcel.I phoned the police and got a reference number .I would never use them again and let all my friends and neighbours to avoid this very lousy post office.If the company does not get my return of the parcel then I am out of pocket.So please think twice before using them.

I have bought my parking and I have to head a different location as on Saturday they open until 12:30. Online it says 2pm but it will be closed. Additionally the guy which is working there is very rude.

A real stalwart of the community, this shop has been here for years. The owners work so hard to keep it running, stocked well and provide a generous and good service for everyone, including even a little post office at the back.A lot of people here saying the owners are rude, they have only ever been lovely, generous and kind to me. I wonder if perhaps they need to look at their own manners.

I?ve used this post office quite a few times to get mail sent out and have had no issues and my experience of the staff dealing with me was good. I had a number of letters and a few parcels to be sent to eBay customers and would be happy to return again.

Husband and wife been running the business more then 30 years they can?t be that bad to last that long ????Some people just don?t like successful people ?

Save yourselves a trip and do not come to this post office. Owner of the post office refused to take any parcels because we had more than a couple of packages. He was adamant that he didn't want to take even the smaller parcels because they are pre paid and he doesn't make as much money off of them.

very rude and unprofessional staff. I wanted to deposit money into my account and the lady said she wouldn't accept coins because there was no room in the cash register. I will never go back there again.
