They always have what we need. Staff polite anc friendly. Good opening hours... Sometimes nightmare to drive in due to traffick but i suggest early opening hours... online stock avaliable

Frustrating Subscription Service & Poor Customer Support
I have a monthly subscription for cat food with Pets at Home, but every single month, my order gets delayed. Instead of receiving it on time as promised, I always end up having to go to the store myself and pay extra?despite already paying for a subscription.
This month has been the worst, with my order delayed three times. Now, I?m completely out of cat food and will have to make another unnecessary trip to buy more. When I contacted customer support, all they offered was a £5 voucher?which doesn?t even cover the cost of a single tin of food.
If another pet store stocked the same product, I would switch immediately, but unfortunately, I?m stuck with this unreliable service. Pets at Home seriously needs to improve its subscription system and take customer issues more seriously.
