Bought dinning chairs but was sold with incorrect information. I bought as leather chairs and was stated on my invoice and now it has hairline cracks and are refusing to change them. Told me they are faux leather. Told me I can buy at half price but I shouldn?t to as it?s an error on their part. Wouldn?t recommend poor quality.

Bought our second major home furnishing item from oak furnitureland recently. A few years ago it was a lounge suit and it kept it's shape, comfort and structure so very well that we decided to purchase a dining room set as well. They have an amazing range of home furnishings and I highly recommend visiting any of their showroom stores. Staff have always been very helpful.I deduct 2 stars for the fact that twice in a row they have refused to deliver my furniture up my stairs, despite me paying for the delivery. The delivery people say they can't get the furniture up the stairs, although they never try... And of course you can because how else did we get everything else up. Whoever they use really lets them down and the fact that it's happened twice over a period of 4 years means they don't really care about after sales service. The fact remains though that their furniture is a really good quality. Make of it what you will.

Great Oak furniture collection!! The furniture looks great and they?ve got some modern sets. The sofas were comfy and reasonably priced. The furniture was heavy looking and build to last.Overall it was a great place to get some furniture inspiration and home ideas if you?re a new home owner.

Lovely selection of really well made furniture. Unfortunately there was a long wait for delivery 17 weeks (which want to much of an issue), but when we tried to order we couldn't get standard delivery for £10 but we're going to be charged £69.99 for flexible delivery which after such a wait I don't think is acceptable. We chose an alternative piece of furniture from elsewhere. But to Oak furniture land's credit tried to resolve our issue when they saw a message on Facebook. They were very quick to respond and professional and polite. If we hadn't already sourced something else I feel they would have resolved my issue. So if you really like something talk to them in store or call up

I needed a power reclining armchair and found one that looked suitable on the web. Upon viewing and sitting in it, the photos didn't do it justice. The build quality was sturdy and the leather stitching was immaculate.The staff member (I can't recall her name) was extremely helpful and not "pushy", I was left to examine and try out alternatives at my leisure.I went back to the original recliner and tried it again and while laying back in a relaxed state, realised that there may be "scuffles" with my wife and daughter over access to the new armchair. I decided to also buy the 3 seater matching reclining sofa; that should keep everyone amicable.

Spent just over 2K here but was never happier to do so as I know that the furniture is all up to the standard that I would expect for that price. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable on their products and easy to speak to about any troubles regarding delivery and styles. Would definitely come back here if buying any more robust and stylish furniture. Good selection. Can't recommend these guys enough for their range. Not too much of a fan of the wardrobe styles but that's my own personal preference than a problem.

Absolutely fantastic ExperienceI've visited yesterday OFL Ruislip, with my family Mr W***** Malik was very professional and so helpful, I've made my purchase with him and I must say receiving a welcoming customer service with smile and reassurance makes you comfortable in shopping what we received from Mr Malik from the point we entered the store, I usually wait for my delivery before writing my review but in this case I just wanted to share our Experience in store.Thank you Mr Malik for the wonderful experience and the for helping with the recliner sofa.Happy with customer service In store just hope now everything else goes well.

Bought a Goodwood 2 Seater Electric Recliner Sofa on 13th Oct 2021. It hasn't been a year and the cushions have lost their firmness. Sales lady said the sofa would stay firm for years. We had their furniture repairs team confirm it was a manufacturing fault. We asked for a full return and refund, which was declined, because under the "Consumer Rights Act", they have the right to offer the solution and fix it but by creating a manufacturing site in my own living room. Due to their error, i will be dealing with the mess of repair in my own home. Oakland did not offer any further compensation because "it falls outside their 30 days policy".Very disappointed that they cannot deliver a product they guaranteed their promise on.
