Went in today to collect an online order. Had to wait over 10 minutes as the assistant was serving a paying customer as well as doing the retrieval of orders. She then bought out the customers items, who hadn't been waiting as long. Not impressed.Other staff members standing around, they didn't assist, or even attempt too. This store use to have really good staff members who were proactive and helpful. Now..... I can't say that. The staff at this store appear to be missing the customer service element of care.

Ordered online showed the item was In stock 2 hours later got a text saying my refund has been processed as they can't locate the order within the store.

I don't really like next. It's expensive. But you can buy a lot more online and collect (with significant waiting time).

I was served by Megan who was friendly and quick to help me, note that you can?t exchange online orders which was odd however no big deal in all honesty!

I've been a customer of Next for upwards of 30 years. I had a very unimpressive experience with a sales assistant in this store called Aneeka. I visited the store to do an online return and whilst there, I wanted to use the changing room to try some items. I briefly spoke to Aneeka, who was at the front till, and who barely acknowledged me when I asked to use the changing room. Having found the changing room busy, I returned to the till, where Aneeka was, and said that I'd like to do my returns whilst waiting. Aneeka again barely could be bothered to acknowledge me and told me that the till wasn't working and to go to the till at the back. She displayed no interest or politeness in talking to me. I headed to the back till and at the time, I did not think to question her on the status of the other 2 tills in front of her. I sort of assumed returns were only dealt with at the back till. After waiting for over 10 minutes to be served at the back till I looked back at the front tills to see Aneeka serving other customers. I immediately went back to speak to her, at which point she was walking towards me and saying that she had meant for me to go to the end till. I was pretty annoyed and asked her as to why she had not asked me at the time to come to the end till and instead stood and watched me walk away without asking me to come back! if The store was quiet, there were no other customers other than myself. She tried to say that I had walked away before she could do so! I was in the store, was she not able to walk after me, clearly not as she had made it perfectly clear that she could not be bothered to serve me and basically lied to my face about telling me to go to the back till. At no point did she make any attempt to apologise to me. After talking to a floor manager, they also did not seem to be that bothered but more concerned about not upsetting Aneeka. Terrible customer service. Staff can basically get away with being rude and are clearly selective on who they choose to serve and not serve in this store. Avoid at all costs. Next head office do nothing to resolve customer complaints.

Sonia was extremely helpful she went over and beyond her role . I went into Next in Greenford (Westway) she assisted me to pick out a smart jacket for my son as he was taking part in the Christmas play . I really appreciated her help and she was very experienced and professional. Thanks Sonia!

Poor management when it comes to pick ups and service. Long wait, lady behind the till served people who came later than me. And when I walked in to buy sleeping bag for my baby the other day as it was advertised on the display, team member just said, we don't sell sleeping bags and left. Overall disappointing

The staff prefer to be on their mobile phones than to assist you. I won't be surprised if this branch closes down soon. They can't expect more business with this level of customer service.
