Thank you to the staff at next westway for always making my experience pleasant especially in my recent visit allowing me to come in as soon as the doors were about to close. Thank you to the the especially Yasmin who went above and beyond to make sure I got my online order.

This is a decent clothes store with plenty of stock in. I just wish they would sell some other better known designer wear, as well as their own.

Clean store, nice selection of clothing etc
But the older woman on the side of the fitting room was not nice or helpful, she also spoke to a customer very rudely.
But on the other side of the store a young woman who working was pleasent

I believe it's been 4 to 5 years since I've been in a shopping mall to buy clothes, I had a last minute appointment, I needed black pants and a white shirt, I've never had such a bad customer service experience, what a rude, uneducated person, with no desire to help, I will never go back to this store again!

The staff are rude,uneducated no customer skills they think they own the shop but forget that they are meant to be representing NEXT the company they work for if they worked for my company they would definitely be unemployed....

I forget her name but she was extremely helpful and went beyond to solve a situation where I almost lost my hope. my son's jacket was ordered at the till and received a text to collect it but could not go for collection due to sickness. I went after two months but the items were not delivered in the first place. The situation was as clueless. She handled it efficiently to get my jacket which was almost discontinued.(Asian lady with medium height, with black hair)

Went in today to collect an online order. Had to wait over 10 minutes as the assistant was serving a paying customer as well as doing the retrieval of orders. She then bought out the customers items, who hadn't been waiting as long. Not impressed.Other staff members standing around, they didn't assist, or even attempt too. This store use to have really good staff members who were proactive and helpful. Now..... I can't say that. The staff at this store appear to be missing the customer service element of care.

Ordered online showed the item was In stock 2 hours later got a text saying my refund has been processed as they can't locate the order within the store.

I don't really like next. It's expensive. But you can buy a lot more online and collect (with significant waiting time).

I was served by Megan who was friendly and quick to help me, note that you can?t exchange online orders which was odd however no big deal in all honesty!
