I just want to express how wonderful this place is?it's welcoming, clean, and the staff at this specific Nandos are fantastic. A special mention goes to Farah and Nigist. These two lovely ladies ensured that our experience here was unforgettable. They are a true asset, and I wholeheartedly recommend this branch to everyone.

One of the worst experiences I have ever. After my daughter [5yo] by mistake filled her glass with ice cream. The waitress jumped on us as if we are stealing. 3 others came with card reader to charge me as if I will run away.

We had a great experience at Nando?s Greenford thanks to Nigist. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our meal. Excellent customer service that really made our visit enjoyable?thank you, Nigist!

Sabrina was helpful recently and showed excellent customer service skills we did an order to collect and everything was perfect she verified it all with us and gave all the requested extras like sauces etc. Thank you.
In the past , Farah was brilliant she filled up the ice cream machine when requested and also brought us some containers promptly when requested. Never needed to ask twice brilliant service. For the high standard of service from Farah and Hassain today well done and keep up the fantastic customer service a perfect 5 star review. When we were about to leave I noticed a really hard working manager Ryan, he was clearing up the tables and he came to ask us if we had enjoyed the food. Good management good staff all round .

All of the staff here are absolutely wonderful. It's my first time here. The manager was very accommodating the food was pretty good!
The place is clean and it is one of the nicest nando's I have ever been to!
Oh.. and it has air conditioning for those hot summers ?

Free parking and friendly staff, some of the nandos are a bit dark but this has plenty of light. The macho peas were a bit off but the service and speed of food was great.

Food was cold, waited 40 mins for meal. Which was sitting on the hot plate for a long time. When we got our meal it was cold. Will not go back.
