Very disappointing experience.
I would give zero stars if I could. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude and clearly couldn?t care less about customer service. You only need one bad experience with a rude person to not set a foot again in a shop. He was on his phone when I arrived to collect a parcel, and though I was politely waiting for him to end his call he has in a rush to scan my barcode while still on his phone. He had the guts afterwards to blame me for not telling him I am collecting not sending a parcel. Distracted by his call of course he did not bother to ask what is it for. After scanning it three times and not being able to find it (all while still on his phone) he realised I am collecting so he got so angry and started giving me attitude saying I should have told him. I said well you were on the phone and you did not bother to ask, and I thought once you scan it you know what it is, I am not supposed to know how this works as I don?t work here. You know so you should ask. He replied by it is not my business him being on the phone and he started his very rude behaviour in front of all the other customers. I said it is no big deal, why this attitude? When you asked what is it for I told you. At this point I told him since you are insisting it is my fault you should have the courtesy to finish your call before serving a customer so you understand what they need and he did not like it. Kept saying not my business. Definitely no manners, I have never encountered such a rude behaviour at a corner shop. I won?t be coming back, and I wouldn?t recommend this shop to anyone who expects even the slightest bit of respect.

They do Yodel Collect+ but not accept parcels

Had to return a parcel and they were clearly an option to drop off the return items. Once at the store they play the card "the merchant site is not up to date" and suggest to go to any approximate place that comes to mind. To absolutely avoid using for returning packages !! don't know why they bother getting listed other than to waste people's precious time.

If you use the Yodel delivery service here, the owner is very cold and disrespectful towards you. Shame on you for acting like this towards the elderly.I will not use this service ever again.

Don't go this store, because this shop old age uncle is behaiving very rood and speaking very bed words. and they have not space for taking the parcels for yodel and they behaiving like inserted and they can't take more than 10 parcel and Today, old age uncle said , I don't have space for parcels, so I can't take the parcels.

One of my favourite shops from my childhood. Always a great place to get sweets with friends after school. Now nothing has really changed. It is well equipped has everything you're looking for and the staff is always so kind and polite. Has a great location, walking distance from literally anywhere in Perivale.

A local store for meI find it very irritating that so many of the goods, do not have their price marked up. Practically every other item I buy, I have ask at the counter 'how much is this?'
