Really disappointed..it start from taking the order,with the women who has no idea why is there. After a very long waiting in the car for our food what was full of oil and most of the things cold. For sure we don't come back in this place.

They always have nothing left and close earlier then time stated . Staff will stop cooking food and close everything early to get home. Waste of a journey 3rd time coming and the same thing .

Terrible service at this KFC. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order at the till, and when I finally got my food, it was the wrong order. I had to go back and sort it out, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized, and the whole experience was slow and disappointing. Definitely wouldn?t recommend this location.

The Staff was very rude and not listening to me he said if you don?t want food from here you can leave this place. I said to him I order already the food. How long will it take to get ready? And when I got the food it was really uncooked and it was bad. Smell there and burger in the wing was smell as well oil too much on it And also I would not recommend this place as health and safety wise not Clean not unprofessional staff staff very dirty stuff all over the floor from stuff that help review for customer

I got the salad zinger yesterday 20/12/2024. It was awful. It was very small portion, its not like tge one in the picture. It was only Lettuce zinger on the top. I have had a very bad experience with this branch of KFC.

It?s shameful that they close the road from A40 to here so no driver can access this place. Very harmful to the business and customers. The business should complain!

Normally really good but I got served raw chicken this time??? They also couldn?t hear my ordered number and asked me 4 times, didn?t communicate that they never heard it at all by the time I got to the window had to tell them again and wait 10 mins
