Unfortunately whatever you order they will send you whatever they have available will fully ignoring you is like doing you a favour/free food I went spoke to them in the branch they said nothing they could do I said why did you not call at least cancel it!!!! Just unbelievable if you guys want to get what you paid for just avoid them

Was really bad experience I asked the staff for a family bucket and explained to them I have disabled people so they can give me chicken thighs to avoid choking the said no go to other shop

This is my local KFC. The food is great, but the conditions of the restaurant at times are terrible.
The tables and floors are filthy, especially during busy periods, which I can understand, but if that's the case, hire more staff to keep them clean so people can sit down and upkeep hygiene.
To add to my recent experience, my 4-year-old daughter could not use the only one toilet (disabled) that was working because someone was misusing drugs in the toilet, which is absolutely ridiculous. I made staff aware of this, but it took over 30 mins for them to resolve the problem. We could not use the toilet because of the fumes.
Drug users in a busy fast food restaurant with families and school kids is a big "NO NO", this should be addressed immediately @KFC_UKI.

Worst to be honest. Had to wait wait wait for 10 minutes to order nd no one turned up. Finally a lady shows up and said Go to the kiosk. Funny part is she didnt even bothered to look at the face!!! Lol i just littereally walked out straight to SAMS nd served in a minute!!

Food was good but staff at till are slow and dont understand anything I tried explaining to them what I would like and they proceeded to just look at me without helping me or anything- interior is fine but dirty make me wonder if they ever clean here. but service was appalling lol

Vegan burger is amazing and so are the fries, I'm not a regular as a vegan it only on occasion of I'm really hungry and there are limited options will I go in.
Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian but vegan, only one option

Very slow service, Patronising staff without any knowledge of customer service. The standard of food is well below your normal KFC as the burgers were both cold and dry. Don't bother.

The service here was very good but unfortunately what let this place down was the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The chicken tasted slightly dry and chips here are nowhere near as good as the KFC in hayes town quality is better there. This place could also do with a slight redecoration and refurbishment as I noticed a big hole in the wall where even the plaster has come out and wall is crumbling quite a hazard I must say as its within a childs reach. (As seen in video)
Toilets available here too. I wouldn't recommend comming here. I rate this a 3/10
