First-time doing a full renovation of bathroom and was recommended to K&K. Brilliant customer service: Karan took the time to explain the various options for all the various units and gave advice and opinion which always felt unbiased and from experience. He then took care of everthing in terms of ordering and delivery and liaised with my fitter to make sure everything was ready on time.We have had our new bathroom for a few months and are very happy with the spec & quality.Would reccomend K&K to anyone and they will be my first call for any plumping service I need again in the future.

So grateful to Karan for all his advice and recommendations for our new bathroom. Customer service has been 10/10 throughout the whole process. We didn?t have a clue what we were talking about, thought the whole process would take forever but we got it all sorted on our first visit to the shop.Coordinating with tradesmen throughout to arrange deliveries at the best time rather than having it all sitting around the house was really helpful, as was Karan?s honest advice on some of the features we wanted and their longevity/practicality.I would highly recommend these guys; the customer service was outstanding and I know I?d not get that in a big chain shop. I?d also rather shop at a small local business too :)

An honest family business, I found K & K Plumbing to be great value with fantastic customer service.
