I went recently for a full service for my VW Golf. I needed to replace front brake pads, but had some problems after a couple of weeks. However, they replaced again and were very helpful. Rana and his colleagues have been very kind.

Stay away! Really dodgy, cars not given honest description, sellers are dodgy, damaged cars littered everywhere, absolutely horrible experience
