The shop is dated and in need of modernization but remains well stocked .

Disappointed. I spent £45 pounds in store today, to then realise the £8 hair mask I bought, is buy one get one free online!!!!
The hair oils were appropriately advertised but not the hair mask.
I've lodged a complaint to customer services.
I'd like to express my disappointment in the marketing and advertising to mislead customers and not state the buy one get one free availability online.
This is a shame because the staff was excellent in the store.
I'll be putting in a full refund today for £45 and also sharing this on social media and family and friend.
Awful job Holland and Barrett's.

I have checked the opening hours before I left my home for 26Dec suppose to close at 6:00pm . I have arrived shop at 17:50pm and surprised to see that staff (one boy & one girl ) both was standing inside the entrance, all lights inside the store were switched off , entrance door was locked and refused give access to customers.
Management can check in CCTV to take notice as it is not professional to closs the shop before the closing time advertised.

They are so knowledgeable every staff knows something from menopause two naturally Healing I have never been to a shop that everybody is so kind they help you and everything and my daughter has a disability and they?re so kind with her and when she?s at college they always ask about her fantastic staff All different nationalities and all so nice I can Keep going, All all day about the stuff in Greenford thank you for all your help that you have given over the last few years

Asian girl has an attitude problem. Shouted at the elderly gentleman who was being served ahead of me, and then spoke in a very abrupt manner to me as well. She clearly doesn't want to be there and, in all honesty, she really shouldn't be after some of the other reviews on this page which I'm confident are in regards to her as well.
